I have taken massage here in April 2023 and the room was literally dirty and unhygienic. I have got skin problems after taking their service,They don’t use separate oil container for individual.They took 1400 bucks for 1 person without steam for 60min, but it was totally wastage of money. While taking massage I was Waiting for the tricks and techniques but it was simple oil massage even in village also we get better oil massage than this centre.For head massage I feel like she was giving me headache more and pulling my hair,I went to experience Kerala Ayurveda massage but I have got more pain in my head and body after coming out from here.Any normal parlour staff also have the knowledge that before giving face massage one must clean the dirt and make-up from the face but she didn’t remove the dirt and make-up and on to that she put aloe-vera gel on my face which was kept in dirty vessel,I feel like vomiting.Totally wastage of money,skin problems and unhygienic experience I had in Kerala which is famous for Ayurveda massage only. The staff was good that is the positive side. Now the negative sides: they didn't have separate oil containers, while talking to them got to know that the oil is mixed by a senior and they use it. Secondly, very less experience from the staffs on massages. They didn't know any pressure points or areas where to massage.They used the same stroke again and again. They charged me 1500 for the 1 hour massage and 15 mins hot steam bath. The steam bath was good but the massage was not good. They gave a single piece of cloth which is unlike the undergarments we get in spas in Delhi and other North Indian cities. The masseuse made me naked while rubbing oil off my skin. They use a tonne of oil and they just dab it on the skin. I went for a massage and in the end got oil dabbed body except the massage. If you want to avoid wasting your money, please avoid this place.
