Beware of the scam..

Last year I visited this hotel.. it was ok.. visited again this year and it was so terrible and disappointing

First day i tried dinner... They tried to push items which are not yet sold... Especially biriyani... They don't tell all the items .. service was just ok.. after paying the bill only we notice they charged extra egg curry... Then we told the cashier and he refunded money...

We visited again the next mrng.. again poor service. the server didn't tell all the items.. but other customers were having some items .. when we asked the server he said those items were already ordered by them... We told we will also order and wait and eat.. anyway.. the worst part comes when they gave bill... We did the items check to make sure the bill was correct... To my surprise they again added an item extra.. this item was not even ordered by us... When we asked the server he said he confused with another table item and added it to our bill..

I can accept that mistakes happen.. we all make mistakes.. but 2 times continuously wrong bill with extra items is not accepted .. i have uploaded the relevant bills for the reference ..

We stayed in Thekkady for a day more.. we avoided this hotel for their unprofessional and unethical service...

Car parking is...

For a middle class family this cafe is too expensive. Last 19.05.25 we family were visited there for lunch. The server recommended for Kerala special non veg meals, fish fry and mutton fry. We are five adults and two kids. We expected the bill amount will be around Rs. 2000/- but the final bill amount made really unsatisfied us. The bill amount was Rs.4030/-. One more horrible thing was the server served only 4 pieces of fish fry in table. But they billed for 6 pieces. This tooks Rs. 520/- more extra, all we came to know this mistakes after reach home only. Its was our blunder only. So, I checked the reviews of previous customers, few of them also faced the same problem of extra charges in foods. But those customers they found the mistakes instantly and those got the money back. But we are from Tamil Nadu, can't go back for solve this issue. My humble request before placing the order pls make sure the prices they charge and the final bill instantly. Still we are middle class can't afford this Rs.4030/- for a single lunch. I attached the bill copy here, if possible the management could refund the extra amount they charged from...
