One major drawback is the lack of consistent tourist attractions - projects often start with fanfare but fizzle out soon. For instance, the children's swimming pool that was introduced in the 1990s is no longer functional. Despite its vast potential as a unique tourist destination, the government's machinery seems to fall short in delivering sustained outputs.Govt. should plan long term projects. With proper management and continuity, Veli Tourist Village could truly realize its promise and become a top destination.
