Worst park ever… please don’t waste your time coming here. Some staff members are polite, but most of them behave as if visitors are disturbing their free time. Especially the lady at the ticket counter—she is extremely rude, unprofessional, and carries a pathetic attitude. Instead of welcoming customers, she treats them with arrogance and disrespect. With such behavior, no one would ever want to come back.

Even if the park is not maintained properly, people may adjust if the staff are kind and helpful. But when the person sitting inside the counter behaves in such a hostile and unfriendly manner, it completely ruins the experience. If the management has no intention of improving this place and wants it to turn into an abandoned park, then keeping such an employee is the fastest way to achieve that.

The overall service was extremely poor. The amusement park inside does not accept convenient payment options such as GPay, which makes transactions difficult. Moreover, the rides are not well-maintained—many are chipped, broken, or appear unsafe for children. Cleanliness and safety standards seem to be completely neglected, which is concerning when families are paying ₹50 per ride.
