Evergreen Electronics — Attraction in Maharashtra

One of the worst service from this shop we had a very bad experience we buy Haier Ac from there shop as we booked on 16th May they delivered us on 20th May was delayed by there end also for the installation they told us the guy will be coming around 11.30 am on the same day we waited a whole day and that person on the call was saying it will take 30 to 40 mins and this was happening for the 5 hrs as they are thinking we dont have work we are just free for them this kind of customer service they are providing such a pathetic...

2.5 Star. Booked small 24" TV. Product not available while booking they said that within 2 days it will available & I can pick it from showroom. But I got my TV after 9 days (I was follow up for 8 days). Representative are good & polite. They know their Job well. But time limit is also important. Need to improve. Or at least provide correct info to customer about availability / delivery...
