I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the lack of adequate emergency response and medical assistance provided at Flying Panda Trampoline Park on the evening of March 18th, 2024.

On that date, at approximately 7:40 pm, I visited your establishment with my friends Aadinatha and Vallabh. Unfortunately, during the time at the park, Aadinatha suffered a severe leg fracture while using one of the trampolines. The incident resulted in him experiencing significant pain and discomfort.

What compounded the situation was the apparent lack of essential first aid measures and medical assistance available on-site. Despite the seriousness of the injury, we were not provided with basic medical supplies such as stretchers, first aid kits, or even basic painkillers to alleviate Aadinatha's suffering. Additionally, there was no qualified medical technician present to assess the situation and provide immediate assistance.

The only assistance offered was a wheelchair, which barely served its purpose as it was challenging for Aadinatha to sit with a broken leg. We were left waiting in distress until the ambulance arrived, further prolonging Aadinatha's agony and compromising his well-being.

Furthermore, we were disappointed to note that visitors were not adequately warned about the consequences and rules while using the trampolines. Clear guidelines and safety instructions should have been provided to ensure the well-being of all patrons. The absence of such warnings raises concerns about the park's commitment to ensuring the safety of its visitors.

As patrons of your establishment, we expected a level of care and safety measures to be in place to address emergencies effectively. However, the lack of preparedness and prompt action in response to such a serious incident is unacceptable and raises concerns about the safety standards at Flying Panda Trampoline Park.

I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take appropriate steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution...

Recently visited this game zone and there are few major issues:

Found glass in the baby play area - my son is 3 year old. He was playing slide in the trampoline area (name of the area inside gamezone). I was with him. While playing I found a glass on the floor between the balls. What if the small kids pick it up and eat or bang their head on it or goes into eyes. This is a serious concern. Staff said sorry for the mistake and don’t give the review about it. But I must report it so they should be very very careful specially in the baby play area.

Mats below the balls are super dirty with dust on it and need to keep it clean.

Shed is of tin and no AC inside. They just have fans which are not enough to keep the area cold in hot weather. I was sweating crazily during 1hr and feeling like to go out soonest but had to wait bcoz my kid wanted to play.

They charge 800rs for 3 year old kid for 1hr and they have hardly 2 games for this age kids. One is trampoline and other is slide with dirty floor mat.

Hence I don’t recommend this theme park for young kids and I think owners should take responsibility to make it better, safe and...

The place is fun until it starts hitting your fun in a bad way. We claimed their offer package of Rs 1277 which included- trampoline for 60mins, dashing car, arcade (500 points per head), mirror maze and 10% off on the cafe’s bill per head. When we went to trampoline one area was not in use, dashing cars- only 2 cars were working, maximum machines/games in arcade were not working, mirror maze is extremely small and the lights of mirror maze were again and again getting turned off. Then comes the best part, when we asked the staff can we go to the cafe they said yes and we got to know the cafe wasn’t open. We asked them to return our money because there is miscommunication between the staff members itself. Also we called a day prior before going to know if everything is in working condition or not. Also in their bowling area, there are 4 bowling alleys but only 1 is working so you have to wait for the other group to finish even if the other alleys are empty. Will never recommend anybody to visit as their service is the worst service i have...

It is a vibrant and family-friendly indoor amusement destination that offers a wide range of activities for all age groups. Spread across 15 acres, it features a large trampoline park, bowling alley, arcade games, VR zones, fish spa, and more, making it a great spot for both kids and adults. The park is well-maintained, with staff ensuring safety and assisting visitors with trampoline tricks and other activities. The colorful neon-themed interiors add to the energetic vibe, and there’s an on-site café serving snacks and beverages. Entry fees start from ₹599 on weekdays and ₹699 on weekends, with additional charges for grip socks and bowling. Visitors often praise it as a fun place to relax, host birthday parties, or simply enjoy a weekend outing. However, some people find the location slightly difficult to navigate, and weekends can get crowded. Overall, Flying Panda offers an engaging and entertaining experience with good facilities, making it one of the most popular indoor theme parks in Pune.

Not worth at all...waste of time, waste of money and waste of petro. Charges are very high as compare to others. Trampoline: The tickets cost around 699+ 99 rupees (weekend) and 599 +99 (weekdays) Per Kid for only 1 Hr,I thought its not worth it. You will get good options like trampoline or bumble jumble...ll this is real review as kids also got bored and The game zone Kumar Pacific is very nice... in same price. Bowling : 250 per person (Weekends) and 200 (weekdays) for a match of 10 rounds. If you are going with your kids take parent band (50Rs.) because staff not giving attention on your kids. They just seating on one place. Other Games min 80 Rs. per game. They are saying its biggest in Maharashtra not at all it's big...it's only big in sqft not big in playing area and things...not worth giving half star also... Its look like most reviews are fake.
