1.Staff is not able to handle crowd waiting properly and is not behaving properly with customers. 2.While placing order when you ask about any menu from menu card then they dont have any information for it. 3.Food quality is ok,food was served cold only & not upto the mark. 4.Main reason for waiting and crowd is that serving speed to customers is too much slow. When you order main course your dish is ready but they forgot roti and bread after that till the roti comes in dish is kept aside which is not hot anymore now. 5.The manager's attitude is not good at all he behaved improperly even if he didnt know what happened. They provided a roti with a big charcoal piece that was stucked on it and when its highlighted to the manager he replied it is made on Tandoor. And started explaining how tandoor works, this is not way manager and hotel staff should behave...
