I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting an adventure park that I must say was poorly managed and seriously lacking in terms of safety precautions. My friends and I were excited to try out the various activities, but what we witnessed during the go-karting session left us traumatized and concerned for our well-being.

Firstly, the go-karts themselves were in a deplorable condition. It was evident that they were poorly maintained and outdated. There were no safety covers on the engines, and numerous parts were exposed, posing a significant risk to riders. It was shocking to see such a disregard for basic safety measures, considering the potential dangers involved in go-karting.

The incident that unfolded before our eyes was truly horrifying. A girl's hair got entangled in the open chain of her go-kart, leaving her trapped and helpless. It took the staff an agonizing amount of time to free her from the dangerous situation. By the time they managed to cut her hair and rescue her, she had lost consciousness. The sight of her scalp being torn open due to the hair pull will forever be etched in our memories.

The fact that such a dangerous situation was allowed to occur highlights the severe lack of safety protocols and employee training at this adventure park. It is utterly irresponsible and unforgivable to prioritize profit over the well-being and lives of customers.

Based on this appalling experience, I strongly advise against visiting this adventure park if you value your safety and care for your life. The management's negligence and disregard for safety standards are unacceptable. It is crucial that they take immediate action to address these issues and ensure the well-being of their visitors. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this...

On date 24.04.2018 we had visited velocity Panchagani with family. kids wanted to play dashing car. When We went there, some maintenance was going on. I asked their operators is there any problem with dashing car? Is it not operational? They said, it is operational and u can play. I took 3 ticket for family which worth 750 rupees and went there for playing. I saw some cars kept in corner in standing position. I asked them many times to keep it down as standing cat can fall down if our car hit to standing car. They argued and said we will take care don’t worry and they started game. As we started moving bumping car, my wife and kid hit standing car and both standing cars fallen down on their car. Fortunately they were not injured.

Immediately we stopped game and brought in the notice of the management Mr. Shahajad. I surprised that they had taken such incident very casually and treated like nothing happened. I had asked to refund money for which they refused. He again offered us to play the same game where I was not confident on there safety precautions and maintenance. We left velocity Panchgani immediately.

This was very bad experience and it is dangerous place to visit with our kids and family as there is no maintenance happening properly and safety precautions not...

NO SAFETY and OVERPRICED There are no seat belts to the seats and if you are taking your child along or if small children ride it there is no safety. In just 10-15mins i spent there I saw two kids getting hurt while driving. The karts are old, the steering wheel is very hard and stiff, its substandard and think made by some local garage. The staff there is very rude, they dont instruct or tell you about safety or how to ride properly. I had taken a single kart for my 11 year old daughter but looking at the kart and after sitting she did not feel safe so she changed her mind and i asked the staff to let her sit along with me and i told them will pay the difference after the ride, but they asked me to get down and pay first. There are only 4 laps in Rs.350/- single kart and if its two seats its Rs.650/-. There is no problem in paying the price but with the kind of safety and substandard kart and rude staff is very overpriced. Request to the people reading the review not go there and waste your money.
