THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT AT ALL READY TO TAKE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FROM ANY OF THE GUEST.

If someone is trying to express their honest experience, Management just claim it as false.

"IF YOU GUYS ARE RUNNING BUISNESS THEN YOU SHOULD BE READY TO TAKE BOTH NEGATIVE & POSITVE FEEDBACK FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS" AND TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES.... by just claiming its false on social media and trying to maintain your image will not change customers view or feedback towards your services.

Even i had bad experience with you guys, VERY VERY AND VERY POOREST SERVICES, First learn to speak with patrons. The way ur talking with customers may lead problem to you guys someday. Respect your patrons so that you will get more business through their references and they will visit you again.

I can see below reviews, those who tried sharing their experience you are just insulting them, You have no rights to comment on someone's "English", Its simply shows that how ill you treat ur guests. on social media platform you are judging someone by their language, DONT FORGET "WE ARE INDIANS AND OUR LOCAL LANGUAGE IS HINDI"

just by typing few words in FLUENT ENGLISH will not make you a gentleman, by providing good services and memorable dinner will take you high.

Keep your attitude aside and serve your patrons.

Also, i don't think that, if someone is coming to your 100% "SO CALLED BEST BANQUET" will only spend around 200-300 rupees on dinner as you mentioned below in your reply feedback"

Everyone plans dinners and keep enough money to Enjoy the evening, but some people like you are just looting, so its our rights to expose you, "Lockdown me paisa nahi kamaya to Kya guest ko lootoge?????

Next time behave well or else will make sure to handle people like you.

Smile is the first key to any service industry, Especially with Hospitality sector, if you guys will not follow your own rules and behave rude then how can you expect customers to give you full positive comments and feedback?

LEARN TO ACCEPT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES.

I HOPE ITS CLEAR TO YOU NOW AND YOU WILL WORK ON IT.

IF YOU STILL WANT TO ARGUE THEN YOU CAN GO AHEAD. EVEN I AM READY...

On 23rd May 2019, we celebrated our son's thread ceremony at this property, so on completion of 5 years, we just got nostalgic n felt visiting the property in a good memory, but we did not enjoy it quite well, we were disappointed....

the food we ordered was being served late more than the expected time, I understand cooking fresh and serving takes time, but it was late and normal

The quantity of nachos served was just a handful, I mean not even worth the amount they charge, nowadays on the streets, good and tasty nachos are being served and the quantity n freshness is much more better than it was served to us...........their quantity was not even a handful, literally the waiter had to get some more in a plate separately and they were not crispy either....

later we ordered Manchurian, Paneer Chilly, Fried Rice, and Gravy with Peppers, which was served much more delayed than expected

The water that was being served, although not mineral or bottled water, but the water that was being served from their in-house bottle was used by ur waiters themselves, I saw them having water from the same bottle, from the bottle itself and did not even care to have it in a glass........... I mean, in which hotels, do waiters themselves consume water from the same bottle that is there for customers, and even if they r consuming, they can, but not openly n from of the customers.

at last, in this digital world, how am I to agree, that their card machines were not working, the amount billed was anyways very less, 2848 and we had alternate modes to pay, but why a particular service which is very common in practice not available.....

with reasons above, I wud not have even rated 1 star also.....

we used to stay at malad before, now we have shifted to borivali and just to celebrate 5years of our son's thread ceremony occasion, we visited Bageecha and were disappointed, my mother is a senior citizen, doesn't travel or moves out of house often and after almost 3-4months she stepped out of the house for a dinner and we were left...

I thoroughly enjoyed the food here at this lovely, vivacious and spacious restaurant. The A.C. is cool enough. The interiors and tiling of this restaurant is very well done up. Must applause the owners, management of the restaurant for this. The staff are kind, helpful, courteous but they're slow and can be a bit faster in the future. The Rose room which is used as a cloak room or a dressing room was clean. The bathroom and Men's toilets were clean and tidy. Managed well, must say!! I enjoyed the outside grass view. Looks beautiful during sunrise and sunset. Chicken green masala, chicken lollipop were good but can be improved. The banquets Hall is superb, well maintained and well-kept. The staff can be enlightened and educated more as far as food items and their names are concerned especially during wedding occasions, receptions, dinners, functions, etc. This hall and restaurant is good for performing Parsi Navjotes too. The decor is superb, mind blowing! The lights are nice and can be dimmed if you want them to be dimmed for the particular function or ceremony. Good place to meet up and chat with your family, relatives, friends and in groups also. Even the compound and surrounding areas are kept clean, spic and span. Keep it...

A very great dining place in malad marve they even have lawns and banquet hall for events. The restaurant is quite good with ac seating and open seatings as well. We had Pink lady which was a pomogranate flavoured mocktail which was refreshing and good. It was sweet. The mango blossom mocktail was a ice cream based mocktail with mango flavour and vanilla ice cream. The paneer chilly with coriander was good something unique the paneer was soft with bell peppers sauted in perfect sauce. The canton balls were good and crispy with paneer stuffed in between and deep fried it was really good. The chura seekh kebab was crunchy and rightly tandoored. With minced veggies and tasted good. Crispy veg cheese rolls was the best it had chopped veggies filled with cheese and deep fried highly recommended. Paneer reshmi was yellow gravy veg with sliced fresh paneer and tasted very good. Veg mastani had chopped veggies and red gravy based veg it was very good highly recommended Shahi tukda had bread fried topped with rabdi and was very good. Jalebi was thier speciality they have huge round shaped jalebi and perfectly sweet and crunchy.

If you are planning to book banquet or lawn for any of your event i would suggest don't do it you will end up spoiling your event Yes this is my personal experience with them There is no proper management team with them don't know how to handle event they have less staff are unexperienced If you tell them anything they will say yes and then ignore it They will tell you at the start we have good food good management of staff decoration and food is monopoly and they have payment policy to clear the payment before the event Means this is a masterplan to take the payment and do the event as per their plan Management staff Inder they r calling him manager he should put in the place of waiter so lazy and inactive person on the ground to handle the event Food quality also not tht good no proper decor there were no led light on at the gate I had a very bad experience with these bageecha banquet all the awards in their office is just for name sake as if they have brought and put it as show piece it's of no use wen uh people are not able to give proper service to the guest don't know how to serve a buffet on the table worst staff

A very great dining place in Malad Marve road, they even have lawns and banquet hall for events which can accommodate 200-300 people. The restaurant is quite good with AC seating and open seating as well. We had Yellow jacket and Bageecha special for mocktails Aachari mushrooms, veg crispy and rumali papad for starters. Rumali papad was something different, kids enjoyed it.. huge bowl shaped papad loaded with veggies and cheese.. European style barbeque mushrooms was yum served with exotic veggies, garlic bread and mashed potato. Veg raigad and chur chur roti was the perfect combination. Bageecha ki nazakat was delicious, pieces of gulab jamun and Jalebi topped with rabdi and nuts.. But my personal favourite was their huge sized Jalebi rabdi.. As we visited this place in Ganesh Chaturthi, their Bageecha Cha Raja is a must visit.. we attend their evening aarti as well.
