Naturals Ice Cream — Attraction in Mumbai

I had a very bad experience with Naturals that I feel compelled to share. We ordered from Zomato last night, expecting a family pack, but were wrongly delivered a mini pack instead.

We immediately tried calling the Khar branch and also emailed Zomato, but received no response at night. The next morning, when we finally reached the Naturals Khar branch, they refused to exchange the product or issue a refund. Shockingly, they didn't even allow us to visit the branch and collect the price difference.

Despite us offering multiple reasonable solutions, the staff remained completely uncooperative. What made the situation worse was the rude behavior of the lady who spoke to us — she showed no empathy and was unwilling to help in any way.

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility shown by both the brand and the branch. Naturals needs to seriously investigate this matter, especially the conduct of the Khar branch, and take appropriate steps to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
