We recently visited Muze Mumbai, located in Khar West, and had an amazing dining experience. Muze offers a unique blend of Euro-Asian cuisine and doubles as an energy bar, making it the perfect place for night owls. With its aesthetic ambience, it’s an ideal spot to chill with your loved ones and soak in the vibe. The restaurant is open from 7:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

🥂 Drinks We started off with some refreshing mocktails:

Pandas Ale – Refreshing, unique, and a hit with my friend too. Sa Bi Tonic – Very unique in flavor, and we absolutely loved it. Hawaiian Colada – Not only delicious but beautifully presented as well. 🍢 Starters Chicken Gyozas – Soft yet crunchy with a flavor we all enjoyed. Chicken Yakitori – Unique and flavorful, a definite highlight. Yuzu Tempura Prawns – Great taste and presentation; we were impressed. 🍕 Main Course Our mains were recommended by the chef and did not disappoint:

Five Spice Chicken Pizza (Thin Crust) – A showstopper with incredible flavor that I, my friend, and my brother all loved. Thai Basil Chicken – Bursting with flavor and absolutely mind-blowing. 🍮 Dessert We ended our meal with the Japanese Custard – rich, sweet, and absolutely mouthwatering. A perfect finish to a perfect evening.

👨‍🍳 Service The staff was friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations and guiding us well throughout the meal. The overall experience was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

I had a disappointing experience with Muze Cafe, Khar. Im a creator so contacted them on WhatsApp for a collab n the staff said they’d forward my number and details to their senior(IFL the staff didn’t mention abt the collab to senior). The senior then contacted me and directly asked when I would be coming ,which I took as a confirmation of collab.I planned my day accordingly, skipped other work, and even took my mom along so she could see how I work.

But when I arrived, I was told very casually that theres no collab happening .The miscommunication seemed to be internal yet I was made to feel like it was my mistake. I wanted to speak up to the lady at the reception and staff about how unfair and unprofessional this was but I held back in front of my mom and felt so sad that just left without saying anything much.

What hurt me more was the dismissive tone. I’m not saying you should’ve given me the collab or compensated me for my efforts . All I expected was a simple apology either on WhatsApp or Instagram or even just a quick call. That’s it. But the way it was handled just made it look like it was my fault.

I’ve worked with several reputed restaurants and cafe but I’ve never faced this level of unprofessionalism. Even in rare cases of confusion, I’ve seen cafes go out of their way to make sure I’m not left disappointed but this cafe showed none of that.

Please ensure proper internal communication and basic courtesy with creators .Time, effort, and respect matter and a more professional team would’ve handled it way better. Thankyou Team...
