Shree Krishna Chhaya — Restaurant in Mumbai

The staff is uncouth and rude. If you escalate they don't even listen. If you got after 4pm they will not let a customer sit on the AC section of their restaurant and serve you even if they are operational. It's scorching hot but they don't listen and say that their owner has asked them not to open AC section till 7pm. The customer is just not heard. The waiters and supposedly manager never smile and are curt. I even requested them to allow my family of senior citizens to please be allowed to sit on the AC side and served food as their outside sitting is very low for them buy no one listened in the restaurant and we were forced to eat outside. I also requested to please call the owner and take his approval but they did not listen. I had visited today at 4.30pm. Horrible experience and pathetic service and attitude. It is not worth patronising this...

Yesterday on 07th Nov 2023 I visit to krishna Chaya restaurant at Khar West for lunch. I am really disappointed to the person who was serving food and taking order from us bcz he was very rude with us We order pav bhaji , cool drink after that we Order butter milk it was more than 10mins again we ask for butter milk within 1min we got 2 butter milk we told him that we want only one butter milk than that person who was very tall lil aged he said why did you as me for butter milk we told him that we ask before but no one was getting it that’s why we ask again. Then he said you should have not ask me for butter milk I mine what the hell is this behaviour to wards the customer instead of this he can says sir no worries I will take this back . I my self informing to all of you do not visit to Krishna Chaya restaurant i will never going back to...
