I love nik baker otherwise but after going to the nik baker at CP 67 mall , there was change in my perception. Firstly the person who was taking order was tooo slow in taking order, very rude, he took 10minutes to take my order as he was chit chatting with his colleagues, he was lost and looking uninterested in taking order. Afterthat they didn't served water, order came in batches yet incomplete, my coffee was served 40minutes late of receiving the rest of the order and that too after asking them that where is my coffee. We have ordered 2 sandwiches, one was served and another was not. We ate our one sandwich while waiting for the another one to come as we were 5people.after one hour, I went to the billing guy and said where is our 2nd sandwich, he said very rudely that I told u that this sandwich order will be plus minus but he didn't mentioned such thing while placing order. Then he said if u still want, u can place the order now 😖😖🤬like seriously.. It was such a unprofessional behaviour. I asked him this is the way that u deal with ur customer and then he pointed towards another man and said talk to him. I explained everything to that specific person but he was no good from the others, uninterested and lost. So overall very bad experience and never going to the outlet at CP 67.. . This outlet is going to ruin the brand name of NIK...
Read moreI went with wife and parents today for lunch (2:30pm-3:30pm). The food and drinks were incredible; we ordered a sandwich, kathi roll, pesto pasta, 4 coffee, brownie cheese cake, fruit tart.
The service staff was also humble. However this is the reason why I am only giving one star (I normally do not rate 1 star): for me the most important past of F&B industry is the service and how you resolve issues for customers. The pesto pasta never came to our table for 40 minutes and when I asked the staff they didn’t have it on their KOT. As it was already late I requested the floor manager (bigger guy with mustache and glasses) if he can simply cancel the pasta order and we can get coffee and dessert by using the cost of pasta as credit. He said that their system can’t do that, and then he said it is against their company policy.
I have owned several restaurants and if your company policy is against customer satisfaction then you have a serious issue to resolve.
Hopefully management views this review and works on better...
Read moreThe last time I dined at Nik Bakers, I found their food to be quite average. However, I must admit they have significantly improved in both quality and taste. This time, I tried their Chocolate Pastry, Chocolate Knafeh, Kaathi Roll, Veg Club Sandwich, and Chicken Keema. The clear standout was the Chicken Keema, served with house-made brown bread, which was exceptional. On the other hand, the Kaathi Roll was overly oily, and the Chocolate Pastry fell short in both texture and taste. Their chocolate Knafeh was interesting but was lacking smoothness, and was very expensive..Their Chocolate Knafeh was interesting but lacked the smoothness one would expect. Additionally, it was quite overpriced—I wouldn’t consider paying ₹200 for such a small piece of chocolate again.
While their pastries and cakes still need improvement, it’s evident they are putting in the effort. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work toward matching the quality of cakes we enjoy...
