Dhabhai Kund, built in the 17th century, is a site of remarkable historic significance with exquisitely carved steps and beautifully decorated walls. Its grand scale speaks volumes of the architectural brilliance of its time.
However, my recent visit in September left me deeply disheartened. The kund was filled with rainwater, concealing the intricate steps, and unfortunately, the water was littered with waste. The lack of maintenance and neglect of such a heritage site is truly saddening.
