Maharana Pratap Memorial is a park in the north of Udaipur in tribute to the King of Merwar Maharana Pratap. He was a 16th century who is best known for fighting the Mughals and for his defeat against them in the Battle of Haldighati.

A very good museum to visit in Udaipur! The place is maintained well. Ample parking space is available. But, hardly anyone knows about it 😒. After searching a lot on the Internet, I found it! It has a gallery containing paintings explaining the important events and persons of Udaipur. It also has replicas of the Udaipur City Palace, Haldi Ghati Battlefield and Chittorgarh Fort. The statue of Maharana Pratap is awesome! Everyone who visits Udaipur and the neighboring towns should visit this place...
