Makhdum Kund is a holy and peaceful place in Rajgir, Bihar. It is a natural hot water spring and also a religious spot. The place is named after a famous Sufi saint, Makhdum Shah, who is believed to have lived and meditated here many years ago.

The water in Makhdum Kund is always warm, even in winter. People believe that this water has healing powers. Many visitors come here to take a bath, hoping that it will cure their skin diseases or joint pain. The water comes from under the ground and keeps flowing naturally, which makes it fresh and clean.

There is also a small shrine (dargah) near the kund where people offer prayers. What makes this place special is that both Hindus and Muslims visit here with faith and respect. During festivals like Eid, Diwali, and Urs, the place becomes more lively and full of visitors.

Makhdum Kund is not very crowded, so it feels calm and quiet. The surrounding area is full of greenery and hills, which makes the visit more relaxing. There are separate bathing areas for men and women, and basic facilities like drinking water and toilets are also available.

People often say that they feel very peaceful after visiting this place. The natural beauty, warm water, and spiritual atmosphere make it a perfect spot to relax the body and mind.

In short, Makhdum Kund is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit in Rajgir. Whether you go for prayer, healing, or just to enjoy nature, this place gives you a calm and fresh feeling. It is a hidden gem that everyone should explore during their...

Holy place. Popular to Muslim Devotees. Saint Makdum Shah Saheb spent 12 years in jungles of Rajgir in 13th century. Here's the warm springs. Pilgrims do not miss a chance to get holy dip in it. There are many historical places like masjid-e- khizr , Kund etc. This place is equally visited by the Hindu and Muslim in Rajgir. There's a small place where the dargah of Makhdum Shah is located. Visit this site and seek his blessings. The pond known by the same name is regarded as sacred because people claim that the water of the pond never dries and is blessed by divine powers. The festivals of Eid-Ul-Fitr, Holi, and Diwali are celebrated here. Visit during wiinter
