Oh so famous Trampoline park Highly In Demand But who knows the inner truth of how these people are making people fool Let me share a few recent incidents of my visit
On 2nd April 2024 I booked 10 jumpers with their party hall with a package of 15k wherein jumping birthday party decorations They promised good food Firstly all the food was stale and cold because they don't have any inner kitchen They were taking all that from outside Leave that
What was the major loot mar Let me share that At that time .I had 2 infants with me One the Birthday Boy 1 year .another One year and three months Just because I booked their party hall with a highly expensive plan They allowed both my kids inside the trampoline with the condition to be only in the soft pit area I also understand the safety and will be more careful then you because my baby is priceless for me Everything was smooth they didn't charge anything for my infant because obviously they were in one corner
Now yesterday 8th June 2024 I came again with 6 jumpers and one infant I spoke to Vishal He said counter people will decide The counter person clearly said no I spoke to Raman the manager (who doesn't look like a manager when I met him ) He allowed and said okay you can go When we entered the actual area We met Raman He surprised me by saying we can't allow but if we allow we will charge money for him as well
See how clever they are A kid who will be mostly in my lap they are going to charge for him How money minded After argument I agreed to pay because I came from far with my mindset Then they said fill one form After filling the form he said no we can't allow And with utmost rudeness
I understand there are rules for Every place and safety measures
But where were your rules when you were booking an expensive plan All your rules are coming up when I'm paying you less money This is extremely shameful and...
Read moreI recently visited Sky Jumper Trampoline Park, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment.
To start with, the facility felt poorly maintained. Many of the trampolines looked worn out, and some areas seemed downright unsafe. I was especially concerned about the lack of proper supervision; there were too few staff members overseeing the activities, and they didnât seem very attentive to what was happening on the floor.
The park was overcrowded, which made it difficult to enjoy the experience. With so many people crammed into the space, it felt chaotic and unsafe, especially for younger kids. The noise level was overwhelming, and there was no system in place to manage the number of jumpers, leading to constant collisions and a generally unpleasant experience.
Adding to the frustration, the place was not very clean. The floors were sticky, and the restrooms were in poor condition. For the price we paid, I expected much better in terms of both hygiene and overall experience.
Overall, Sky Jumper Trampoline Park was a big letdown. I wouldnât recommend it to anyone, especially if youâre looking for a fun and safe outing with family or friends. There are much better options out there that offer a safer and more enjoyable experience.
This review clearly explains the reasons for the low rating, focusing on safety, cleanliness, and...
Read moreWe celebrated our daughters birthday on 25th dec. The kids were aged 12 to 13 years. Our overall experience was underwhelming.
Good things first- food was hot and palatable. Play area was good. Party decoration was good. The area is sufficient for small gatherings.
Suggested improvements- The party area was committed to two groups at the same time by the same marketing person [we were informed later] I visited the facity beforehand to oversee things. I met my party manager and discussed all details. On last day i was told that he has left the job and we were assigned new manager. Ms. Shraddha wanted to help but she had no authority and no clue about the deal. We were committed 1.45 hrs of play time from the time of entry. Later they said it was from time of invite which was half hour prior ( you will need 10 to 15 min to reach skyjumpers frim entry point) thankfully i had everything in writing therefore the manager accomodated us As a host i wad only showing them what all was decided and i lost all the fun and flavour. 4.cake time was rushed because of all the chaos. We spent a fortune for 2 hours and it wad definitely not worth it. Mr. Varun was kind but were not in position to help.
You can take kids for playing. They have fun but hosting a party is not recomended from my side. My special day did...
