Kutumb — Restaurant in Rohini

I have been to this place second time yesterday on 22nd aug 2018. First time in june 2018 food was still fine but the seat which was offered to us there were 2 cockroaches there and that seat was just besides the kitchen, we requested to get us another seat. On second time for starters we order dahi kabeb which were not even warm...we told the manager who seemed to be aware about it as he was looking at us only. When we told one of the waiter that its not warm then he told us "yeh toh thande hi hote hain". Really?? I said we are not eating it for first time. And when manager asked waiter to change them...you know what they did...they took those only , microwaved it and gave those back to us which included what we tasted already...horrible. We ordered main course already so thought to continue. The food was pathetic this time. Somehow we had it. In bill they had service charges added other than GST, which i asked to remove as i dint want to pay for such bad service and tasteless food. Well that dint like by manager. Not going there ever again....

I went there yesterday with two friends .the experience was nice and we ordered

Crispy corn -Perfectly cooked corn, with the right amount of crispness and it tasted very good.

Tandoori sizzler- it had everything like Malai chaap, paneer Tikka, veg seekh kebab, dahi ke sholey, Malai paneer, the quantity was also very decent.

Chinese sizzler- another combo pack containing all the major Chinese dishes that we normally it, especially the chilli paneer and chilli potato was great addition.

Dal makhni - served in a small handitype cup, it was very tasty and the combination of it with Naan never disappoints.

Gatta curry- we tried this famous rajasthani dish and The taste was so descent.

Paneer lababdaar - it was okay okay.

Matka kulfi - we choose this as the desert option and loved it, it was perfect.

Had a great time there, highly recommended this place...

So, I went here few days back for a family dinner and it was quite an amazing one.

AMBIENCE: The place is spreaded over a small with simple and comfortable seating arrangement done. Thus, an absolute family restaurant based place.

SERVICE: Service here was on time, as the staff was courteous and well acknowledged.

DRINKS AND FOOD: • I liked their Virgin Mojito and fruit punch from the drinks menu. • From the starters, we ordered soya chaap, Chinese platter, white sauce pasta, dahi k kebab. Out of which pasta was good rest all were okayish in taste. • To be honest, I liked their main course the most as compared to their snacks..specifically Dal Makhani, Veg biryani and soya chaap do pyaaza.. they all were really good and authentic in taste. Must try!
