Read moreWe had the most scary and horrible experience at Flipside . I had guests from Singapore and we travelled all the way from Secunderabad to flipside . We had taken the go karting tickets : twin kart tickets 2 of them for four people . After going to the go kart area they tell us there is only 1 twin kart . We ask them that why weren’t we informed at the ticket counter or if they can remove another twin kart to which the staff at the Karting area says we remove those only on weekends and not on weekdays and only when there are people .
Since we had a kid we wanted all four of us to go in two twin karts for him to experience his first kart . Five men at the karting area shouted and argued at us . As a women I felt scared . They tell us just not their job to tell us about how many karts are there but the billing counter should . When we say it’s an internal issue and that they have to discuss it internally and let the client know before the tickets .
They dint want to remove two karts because on a Monday evening when they don’t have many clients filling diesel in another kart would have cost them money .
I said if not two twin karts give me other single karts and they are like go to the ticket area n talk .
They start shouting and tell me they can also Shout and raise voice . Flip side has hired GUNDas and rowdies for staff . When we ask to Speak to. Higher up some guy called Prashant from Bengal comes and all he does is give a sarcastic smile and acts like We are some crazy people who are talking . His whole attitude is what should I do or whatever kind . Customer experience or satisfaction means nothing to them . Talking to Prashant was more insulting in the whole Process .
My kid was scared from all the five men ganging up on us . Never bring your kids to this zone unless you want them to have a traumatic...

Visited Flipside as part of a corporate team outing and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete waste of time and company money. The corporate package is poorly designed and feels like a cash grab with minimal value.
To start with, the so-called “team-building activities” are done under the scorching sun with no shade or comfort. These are basic and uninspiring, especially when you know there are much more exciting options like go-karting and paintball available on-site. But by the time you get to those, the place is flooded with the general public and you're stuck waiting 45+ minutes per ride, which defeats the whole purpose of a well-organized team outing.
The “welcome drink” is nothing more than a ₹10 soft drink, which feels insulting given the price of the corporate package. As for the starters, you're told there will be two, but both are just basic chicken items. No variety, no thought given to vegetarians or people expecting more from a paid package.
Lunch/Dinner was another letdown – in the name of non-veg, we were served chicken biryani and again, just more chicken-based items. No fish, no mutton, no decent sides – it’s like they assume everyone’s okay eating the same thing for every course.
The go-karts themselves are poorly maintained. Some of the vehicles jerk or make noises while driving. The safety jackets stink, literally. It’s clear they’re not cleaned regularly, and many from my team, including colleagues from Novartis, IBM, and a few other corporates, gave the same feedback.
If you’re planning to go individually or with friends, it might be okay if you avoid peak hours. But as a corporate outing destination, it’s a huge no. Definitely not worth the...
