Pan-Asian Perfection — A Must-Visit for Foodies!

This place is a no-brainer when it comes to incredible Pan Asian cuisine. From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded expectations — warm hospitality, quick service, and most importantly, food that blew us away. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. Here’s a detailed look at what we tried:

⸻

🥣 Soups • Tom Kha – 10/10 A luscious Thai soup made with coconut milk — rich, fragrant, and utterly comforting. This is an absolute must-try. • Miso Soup – 9/10 Simple, classic, and full of umami. Light yet flavorful, it’s a perfect way to kickstart your meal.

⸻

🥗 Salad • Raw Papaya Salad – 9/10 Crisp, zesty, and refreshing with just the right hint of spice. A great balance of textures and flavors.

⸻

🍣 Sushi Rolls • Crackling Spinach Roll – 10/10 This one steals the show! Crunchy spinach meets delicate sushi rice — a creative, mouthwatering combination that’s an absolute must-have. • Asparagus Tempura Roll – 9.5/10 Light and crispy with a delicate crunch, this roll hits all the right notes for vegetarians and sushi lovers alike.

⸻

🥟 Dim Sums • Edamame Truffle Dim Sum – 10/10 Silky, aromatic, and luxurious. The truffle essence is subtle yet elevates the flavors beautifully. • Cheese, Spinach & Corn Dim Sum – 10/10 Comforting and creamy, these dumplings are soft, rich, and melt in your mouth. Highly recommended!

⸻

🍢 Appetizers • Silken Tofu in Black Bean Sauce – 8/10 Possibly the softest tofu I’ve ever had. The black bean sauce adds a nice savory kick, although the dish felt slightly mild overall. • Crispy Shiitake – 9/10 Perfectly crispy and loaded with umami flavor. A delightful dish that even non-mushroom lovers might enjoy.

⸻

🍜 Noodles • Spicy Cilantro Noodles – 10/10 Bursting with bold flavors and a satisfying kick of spice. This one is a showstopper — don’t leave without trying it! • Singaporean Chilli Hakka Noodles – 9.5/10 A fiery, flavorful dish that delivers on both texture and taste. Great for those who love heat.

⸻

🍛 Curries • Tobanjan Curry Spicy and robust, this curry is packed with punchy, bold flavors — ideal for spice lovers. • Szechuan Curry Deep, rich, and aromatic with just the right amount of heat. Pairs wonderfully with rice or noodles.

⸻

🍹 Drinks

(All the drinks we tried were great, but the bubble-based ones were especially impressive!) • Blueberry & Pineapple Bubble Sparkle Refreshing and fun with popping textures. • Tiramisu Shake Creamy and indulgent — dessert in a glass! • Bubble Fruit Punch Fruity, fizzy, and perfect to sip on with the food.

⸻

🍨 Dessert • Vanilla Fried Ice Cream – 8.5/10 A fun twist on a classic. Crispy on the outside, cold and creamy on the inside. A satisfying way to end the meal.

⸻

Final Verdict: Whether you’re a Pan Asian food lover or just someone looking for an exceptional dining experience, this spot is a total winner. From soups to sushi, and dim sums to desserts — everything was top-notch. Already planning...

I recently visited Asie in the Financial District, Hyderabad, to celebrate my birthday with my family, expecting a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing restaurant visits we’ve had.

To begin with, there was no one to greet or seat us upon arrival. We stood waiting without any assistance and eventually had to find a table on our own. We specifically requested to be seated at the vacant indoor tables, clearly mentioning that we had kids with us and would prefer a more comfortable spot. Despite our repeated and polite requests, we were denied those seats—without any valid explanation. What added to the frustration was that those same tables remained unoccupied throughout our time there, even after we left.

There was only one staff member attending to more than seven tables, and it was clear he was overwhelmed. As a result, we weren’t served water for over 15 minutes, and our requests for basic service were either ignored or met with indifference.

To make matters worse, the strong agarbatti (incense) smoke inside the restaurant made the environment unpleasant, especially for the children. Even after we voiced our discomfort and asked if it could be toned down or removed, the staff simply brushed it aside.

Eventually, we chose to walk out due to the complete lack of service and attention. What really shocked us was the manager’s apathetic attitude—no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to salvage the situation. It was evident that both the staff and management had become desensitized to feedback, as though they had stopped caring about customer experience altogether.

We are quite certain that even this feedback won’t make any difference, given how indifferent the team seemed to be. But for anyone considering dining here—especially with family or on a special occasion—this is not a place we would...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Asie (Stories from the East), and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience, thanks to Chef Ajay. The variety of dishes we tried was impressive, and each one was a testament to Chef Ajay's skill and creativity.

We started with the smoked salmon sushi, which was a perfect blend of fresh flavors and delicate textures. The crispy chicken bao was next, and it was an absolute delight—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The spicy miso ramen was rich and comforting, with just the right amount of heat.

The chilli coriander chicken and chilli hoisin chicken were both standout dishes, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Singapore chilli Hakka noodles had a wonderful balance of spices, and the Thai green curry was creamy, aromatic, and absolutely delicious.

The presentation of every dish was superb, showcasing an eye for detail and a true appreciation for the art of food. The flavors were not only delicious but also unique, offering a fresh take on classic Asian cuisine.

The service was impeccable, and the interaction with Chef Ajay was a highlight. It's clear that he is passionate about his craft, and it shines through in every dish.

I highly recommend dining at Asie (Stories from the East) and experiencing the incredible talent of Chef Ajay. Whether you're a fan of Asian cuisine or just looking for a memorable dining experience, this is the...

This was my second time. Significant drop in standards and service. Food took ages to be served after reminders though the place wasn’t crowded. We were told that they were under staffed at the kitchen. Shouldn’t be an excuse for a restaurant of this stature. Valet service was absolutely a mess. Had to make senior citizen guests with me walk for a long distance as we were guiden down straight to the parking without checking. The lift to the parking takes you nowhere near the restaurant and my parents had to walk 300 Ms up an inclined plane on the car-way to reach the restaurant. Poor coordination between the guards and valets who were least bothered about managing the cars and we customers had to bear the brunt! What was most shocking was that food was served in a chipped bowl (photo attached)! Again a restaurant that has enough pride not to be associated with Zomato Gold or EazyDiner apps should not be falling down in its standards so quickly. The food, was absolutely exceptional… the only saving grace. But maybe one shouldn’t visit this place on a week day! Very disappointed!

Visited Asie – Stories from the East, Financial District, Hyderabad for lunch. We tried: Starters: Crispy Chicken Bao, Prawns Tempura Roll, and Veg Sushi Main Course: Edamame Truffle Sticky Fried Rice (Japanese green beans fried rice) and Spicy Cilantro/Coriander Noodles Food Experience: The food was delicious overall, with the Crispy Chicken Bao easily being the star of the meal—perfectly crisp and flavorful. The sushi and tempura rolls were fresh and well-made. The Cilantro/Coriander Noodles, however, didn’t live up to the “spicy” tag and felt a bit bland. Ambience & Service: The restaurant has a great ambience and a pleasant vibe, ideal for a relaxed lunch. However, the service could be improved. The server seemed unsure and spoke in a low tone while recommending dishes, which left us a bit confused while ordering. One minor inconvenience was the lack of valet parking, especially since neighboring restaurants offered it. Overall: A good dining experience with some standout dishes. Would definitely revisit—especially for the baos!
