Read moreI recently visited Asie in the Financial District, Hyderabad, to celebrate my birthday with my family, expecting a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing restaurant visits we’ve had.
To begin with, there was no one to greet or seat us upon arrival. We stood waiting without any assistance and eventually had to find a table on our own. We specifically requested to be seated at the vacant indoor tables, clearly mentioning that we had kids with us and would prefer a more comfortable spot. Despite our repeated and polite requests, we were denied those seats—without any valid explanation. What added to the frustration was that those same tables remained unoccupied throughout our time there, even after we left.
There was only one staff member attending to more than seven tables, and it was clear he was overwhelmed. As a result, we weren’t served water for over 15 minutes, and our requests for basic service were either ignored or met with indifference.
To make matters worse, the strong agarbatti (incense) smoke inside the restaurant made the environment unpleasant, especially for the children. Even after we voiced our discomfort and asked if it could be toned down or removed, the staff simply brushed it aside.
Eventually, we chose to walk out due to the complete lack of service and attention. What really shocked us was the manager’s apathetic attitude—no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to salvage the situation. It was evident that both the staff and management had become desensitized to feedback, as though they had stopped caring about customer experience altogether.
We are quite certain that even this feedback won’t make any difference, given how indifferent the team seemed to be. But for anyone considering dining here—especially with family or on a special occasion—this is not a place we would...

We started with the smoked salmon sushi, which was a perfect blend of fresh flavors and delicate textures. The crispy chicken bao was next, and it was an absolute delight—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The spicy miso ramen was rich and comforting, with just the right amount of heat.
The chilli coriander chicken and chilli hoisin chicken were both standout dishes, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Singapore chilli Hakka noodles had a wonderful balance of spices, and the Thai green curry was creamy, aromatic, and absolutely delicious.
The presentation of every dish was superb, showcasing an eye for detail and a true appreciation for the art of food. The flavors were not only delicious but also unique, offering a fresh take on classic Asian cuisine.
