I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lemon Tree Hotel, Gachibowli, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

Location: The hotel is conveniently situated in the bustling IT hub of Gachibowli, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. Major offices and key landmarks are just a short drive away.

Ambience and Cleanliness: The hotel has a vibrant and welcoming ambiance. The interiors are tastefully designed, exuding warmth with a modern touch. The cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas was impeccable.

Rooms: My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable work desk, and plush bedding. The bathroom was spotless, with quality toiletries provided. The view from the room added to the pleasant stay.

Dining Experience: The in-house restaurant, Citrus Café, offers a variety of delectable dishes spanning multiple cuisines. I especially enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which had a vast selection of fresh fruits, pastries, South Indian delicacies, and made-to-order dishes. The service staff ensured a wonderful dining experience.

Service: The staff at Lemon Tree went above and beyond to ensure comfort. From the prompt check-in process to the personalized attention during the stay, I was thoroughly impressed. Special shout-out to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their professionalism.

It’s been a month since our stay here, and I still think about how smooth and pleasant the entire experience was. I was in town for a training program which was scheduled for 3 days and travelled with my mother and infant, so I was initially worried about how comfortable things would be—but my stay at Lemon tree exceeded all expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially knowing I had a baby with me. They made sure we had everything we needed. My mother also felt very at ease—she was able to relax and take care of the baby while I attended my sessions.

The room was spacious, clean, and very baby-friendly. Housekeeping was thoughtful and respectful of our schedule, which helped a lot with nap times. Would like to specially mention Ms Asueno from housekeeping and Mr Kamal at front desk who was very much helpful.

Food was delicious and had options that suited all of us, including soft and fresh items that worked well for my mom and baby.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects of service experienced during my recent stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Gachibowli.

Delayed Housekeeping Service: I had to call the front desk three times, yet the housekeeping staff reported only after an hour. This level of delay is unacceptable and disrupted my schedule.

Inefficient Laundry Service: Similar to housekeeping, the laundry staff did not respond even after three follow-up calls. I had to wait for over an hour, which caused inconvenience during my business travel.

Inconsistent Food Service: I had previously experienced delays of 25 to 40 minutes when ordering pulka. However, after making repeated complaints, the pulka was suddenly served within 10 minutes, indicating inconsistencies in service efficiency.

I would also like to bring to your attention that these concerns were communicated multiple times to front desk representatives Ms. Anjali and Mr. Varshith, but the response and follow-up were far from professional.
