Munger Raj Mandir — Attraction in Uttar Pradesh

Very nice Majaraji Babaji greeted me with English and invited me for darshan with him. Did not catch his name. I think Swami or Maharaji Sundara or Sundaram. He spoke very good Engling and asked me where I was from & shared I was from San Diego. Turns out he knew some people I knew from Bahktifest. (Shridar). I asked me to stay but I was on my way back to Delhi airport that day and had to leave. He insisted I have Prasad which was actually a full meal of rice, fall, spinach, potato & pickles. Very good. Then we chanted the Maha mantra and Jai Radae! I had a nice time and if I ever go back I would like to stay longer maybe in the ashram. The rooms look fairly clean but small but the temple is nice with maha mantra all day long. Very beautiful deities (just a few of Govinda & Radea & Krishna) & nice sm garden. Approximately 100 years old Mandir of Shri Radha Mohan which was built by the king of Munger ,Bihari. The temple has extremely beautiful garden, lawn, fountain, old structure, dharamshala, book stall .The main altar of Radha Mohan ji is beautifully placed on silver temple inside garbha griha and has Ashtasakhi around Radha Mohan.
