Joyland — Attraction in Uttarakhand

A minimalistic water and amusement park situated right into the heart of Sahastradhara. Water bustles with families dancing to the beats and beating the heat by enjoying in water. The water park is quite small, have only two bigger rides, but the water is a bit cleaner than the natural one flowing down in Sahastradhara. The music though is too loud and shrill. You can get snacks, cold drinks, costumes, tubes, mobile phone protectors, lockers and changing rooms easily, but on a chargeable basis. The amusement park too do not have much rides but are good for families especially with small children. All in all, nice place to enjoy a day out in summer. They charge 500 rupees as entrance fee for adults and children above 4 and a half feet height. Children below 4.5 feet height are charged 400 rupees. No fee is charged for toddlers.

Cons are that the approach time is too much. Summers are humoungously overcrowded with almost nill space for huge traffic. You need to plan early in the day to reach here. Parking spots...

Well yesterday i visit with my 5 yr boy,,what i observed that according to the service place charging 900rupees (400 for kids and 500for adult ) is not worth..the worst thing is that for Locker,water air tube, they charge 100 100rupee per hours ,100 rupee for locker and 100 for tube, If you are charging almost a thousand rupee then services inside the park supposed to be included, i am an hospitality member and we provide packages for service, but i really dont like it and neither my 5yr boy,,,, The water was dirty full of insects,, there was no one at water slide to guide and gaurd if accidentally kids fall down there is no saftey fir them,, not gona...

1.Pool water was dirty. They provide you lockers but those locks & keys are really unsafe..my friend lost his key in pool and he opened his locker with my key😂 so please make sure to buy a waterproof pouch and carry your money and phone with you.. They will charge you for costume but still there were so many people who were swimming with jeans top, suit😒.. whats the point of paying extra for costume. Cleaning staff was good.. they were cleaning the place time to time. There were approx. 8 rides but only 4 rides are working...my kids sits only...
