Hotel Amar Leela — Hotel in Uttarakhand

I was regular guest of this hotels past 4 long years. I used to visit 2 to 3 times a month in this property. But now i stopped visiting this hotel becoz owner hiked the prices so high. Which is not justify compare to this type of hotel. As rooms are 5 star but staff not active, blanket smells all time, no water bottle provided and food prices very high. I m local citizen of dehradun. For success of any hotel, locals make the key role. So i suggest property owner to give extra discount to ur local and regular customers. Kindly look...

It was pathetic even I would say, life's worst experience. Unhygienic staff, basic things they will not provide like water bottle, toiletries, morning tea-coffee etc. Moreover staff members don't know how to speak or how to treat their guests. Mis-commitments. They intentionally cut electricity due to AC's consumption. Cleaning facility is not available, water supply is major issue they dependent on Ganga Ji water only, no backups available. Used towel, used bedsheets, used quilts they provide.... Very pathetic service but charges...

Everything at Hotel Amar Leela was top-notch! We absolutely loved our stay—it was incredibly comfortable, and the service we received was no less than that of a well-known luxury hotel.
