We recently held our company event at Taman Budaya Sentul City, and overall, the experience was quite positive. The event organizer (EO) provided by the venue did an excellent job accommodating and managing the various activities. The team bonding session was particularly engaging, with a variety of exciting games that truly brought our team together. Additionally, the off-road activity was thrilling and challenging, though, unfortunately, the dry weather made the trail quite dusty and less challenging than anticipated.
However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding parking coordination, especially for motorcycles. Before arriving, I inquired about specific parking arrangements for larger motorcycles (MOGE) through the venue’s communication channels on WhatsApp and Instagram Direct Message (DM). I was informed that there was parking available for MOGE. However, upon arrival, I discovered there was no designated parking area as communicated. Instead, I was redirected to the valet area. When I reached the valet, the staff seemed uncoordinated and unaware of the arrangements. Despite their efforts to consult with the person who provided me the information, they never returned with a follow-up, leaving me waiting for quite some time. Ultimately, I had to park in the regular area, which was challenging given the size of my motorcycle, making it difficult to maneuver in and out.
While I understand that valet services may come at a cost equivalent to a car parking fee, the lack of clarity and follow-through in communication was the primary issue. I would suggest improving internal coordination and ensuring prompt feedback to guests to avoid such confusion in the future.
Thank you, and I look forward to seeing improvements in...

Read moreSo sorry I only gave 3 stars. I wasn’t expected the place could be so different with the pictures on their IG. I think it would be the place where you can sit in the green park, while your children play in the playground, run freely, you can have picnic and eat something. Well, it was all vanished when we arrived. Indeed, they have a very spacious empty area, but it only for the horse riding and ATV! So if you want to sit & relax, you have to come to the resto inside the area. No public space to seat for free! You have to pay if you want to play something, even to just sit at the gazebo. It is cash only!! You have to bring lots of CASH (hello, it’s 2022!!) *sigh Last one, I could see that this place is for kids, but the place is NOT kids friendly at ALL! Don’t even think to bring your stroller, it will only give you nightmare, LOTS of stairs, wet ground, please...
