My recent stay at the Aston Sentul Lake Resort & Conference Center was nothing short of exceptional, a true testament to luxury and impeccable service. From the moment I stepped into the grand, breezy lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The architectural design of the hotel is simply outstanding, harmoniously blending contemporary aesthetics with the natural beauty of its surroundings. Every corner of this property reflects a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of what makes a stay truly memorable.
The accommodations were superb, with my room maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order, offering a sanctuary of comfort after a long day. The expansive ballroom, with its vast capacity, is ideal for hosting grand events or conferences, underscoring the hotel’s versatility as both a leisure and business destination. The extensive array of facilities caters to every need, from the large, meticulously maintained swimming pool that offers both relaxation and recreation, to the well-equipped gym that provided everything I required to maintain my fitness routine.
Moreover, this establishment shines in its attention to detail and commitment to creating a family-friendly environment. The dedicated playground ensures that children are entertained, while the expansive function yard, capable of hosting hundreds, is perfect for outdoor activities or large gatherings. Dining at the resort was a culinary delight, with the restaurant offering an impressive variety of dishes that cater to even the most discerning palate. The convenience of complimentary parking only added to the overall seamless experience. In every aspect, Aston Sentul Lake Resort not only meets but exceeds the expectations one might have for a five-star, if not six-star, hotel. It is a destination that I would highly recommend to anyone in search of luxury, comfort, and an...
Read moreWe are very pleased with the service and facilities.
We booked a villa for two days, which comes with 2 bedrooms and a functioning kitchen area - induction stove and coffee maker that uses cups. Drinks and snacks were complimentary and we received a few more, such as fruit, coconut drink and chips, for free, during our stay.
Our villa had a private pool, as well as a hot jacuzzi. There's also a big pool near the restaurant for general use. For our villa, each bedroom had a shower, and the master bedroom also a bathtub. The balcony overlooks the lake, and ducks and geese eagerly approach for food, if you want to give them!
We also received a free voucher for a massage (1 person) and dinner vouchers for 4 people, meaning we didn't have to spend on food at all.
Their selection of food and beverages, both for dinner and breakfast, was extensive; from Indonesian to western, freshly made and cooked, with ice cream, popcorn and sweets available for children. The only minus point was that much of the food was too salty.
Facilities are plentiful and fun for children. There's horse riding, boat and canoe paddling, a indoor play area with air hockey, snooker table, basket ball carnival stand, and much more. There's also an outdoor playground, but in the hot sun or rain, it isn't a great idea - there's no roof. There's a rabbit garden where children can feed them carrots too.
The area is rather big, and from the villa they have a free buggy (think golf cart) pick up service, 24/7.
I could go on, about the friendly and professional staff, the generally fast service, the prime location, but you get the point by now. A well worth getaway, I will be visiting here again...
Read moreI stayed for two nights in a suite room with my family. The staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the room was clean with some nice welcome snacks. The reception provided a great room with a stunning view of the mountains and lake.||Pros:|-Friendly and attentive staff|-Smooth and easy check-in process|-Good facilities and nice view|-The environment is very kid-friendly. You can take your children on a boat ride around the lake, where they can enjoy feeding the ducks and geese.||Cons:|-Parking can be a bit challenging. The parking structure is located within a multi-story building, and the access is narrow, which can be difficult if you're driving an MPV. It requires extra caution when navigating.|-One time, I was frustrated when I returned to park and found no signs indicating the parking building was full. There was no staff at the entrance to direct me, so I had to drive all the way to the top floor, only to come back down because there were no available spots. It would be helpful to put up a sign indicating when the parking is full to avoid wasting time for guests.|-The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ranging from Western to Asian dishes. However, in my opinion, the flavors didn't quite stand out. I believe there is room for improvement in taste. That said, when I ordered room service for dinner, the food was excellent, so I know the kitchen can deliver...
