Then 2 people from abroad came, instead those 2 people were served, while we were not responded at all. Because I was annoyed, I finally told the admin, we want to do jet ski, please arrange whether it is possible or not. If we can't go.

SecondTo clean the place is not clean at all. Located a lot of garbage and not organised.

Third The jetski unit is very unuseable, because it is torn a lot. And not very safe.

Fourth The service is not friendly, the guide from our team is very unfriendly. Because we only took 15 minutes, we were told to hurry up. My distance and my friends are quite far apart. ​My partner and I had the most incredible time parasailing with Elite Sports in Batam, and I can't recommend them highly enough! If you're looking for a thrilling yet completely safe adventure, this is the perfect choice.

​As someone who isn't a strong swimmer, I was initially a little apprehensive. However, the crew at Elite Sports were absolute professionals and put all my fears to rest. From the moment we got on the boat, their focus on safety was clear. They double-checked all our harnesses and life jackets, and their calm, friendly demeanor made us feel completely secure.

​The experience of flying high above the beautiful blue water was breathtaking. The views were spectacular, and it was surprisingly peaceful and smooth up there. It’s a feeling of freedom that you just can’t get anywhere else.

​The highlight for us was the gentle "dunk" at the end of the ride! The operator was so skilled, dipping our feet into the water for a quick, refreshing splash before smoothly lifting us back into the air. It was a fun, controlled dip that added an extra bit of excitement without ever feeling scary.

I wish I could give zero stars because if it were possible, I would. We had a terrible experience. Firstly, the place operates without insurance for any of their rides, which is a major concern as jet skis should also be insured.We had a minor collision with our jet ski, which was difficult to control, resulting in only a slight hit. Instead of addressing the issue on the spot, they immediately asked us to return. When the trainer rode the same jet ski, it operated perfectly, and we saw no visible damage. Suddenly, they switched the jet ski, asked us to follow them, and continued the ride. They even cut our ride short to less than 30 minutes.Upon returning, they claimed the jet ski was damaged and pointed out a large crack that wasn't there before. It was obvious they switched our jet ski with one that was already damaged. This raised our suspicions, leading us to cancel our plans to play paintball there, fearing they might use similar tactics to scam us.Additionally, the damage they pointed out was external and, upon research, shouldn't have cost more than SGD $50.
