I had one of the worst customer service experience in any Ace Hardware I have ever been too here.

No staffs around in the 2nd and 3rd floor to help you with your question, they only come up to you once you have an item that you wanted to buy in your hand to write a bunch of worda on it that I don't understand why.

I Been here twice. At the first timw the cashier that looks like body builder was not helpful at all, he doesn't even help putting the items you bought to your bag. I had a question for him on the second visit (he was also at the cashier) and he answered with a condesending tone. There were a trainee on the next cashier so I decided to pay at that cashier. Kind of dissapointed, a big shop as Ace Hardware able to put wrong price tag. I did suspicious and wonder why bigger table fan was cheaper than the small one, and the staff said because the smaller is stronger (well its wider than the big one). in the cashier I paid with debit card and not paid attention to the price as I believed the price are exactly as the price tag 199k. but when I checked the bill its 100k more expensive than what we though. we complained and they told us that the price tag was wrong, 199k was for the small one. they are able exchange the product but they can't give back our 100k as we paid by debit card. and told us to buy another product again. what a dissapointed. Ace is the helpful place. Anything you need for your household can be bought here Located at big road and easily seen from both sides of road. This branch is not so big compared to other branches but still okay to find certain goods. This three storey building is red colour. The product they sell is good quality with good ser ice and also under their guarantee. So you don't need to worry if the product got problem. You can go to any ace hardware store to ask...
