Greenbay Pluit — Attraction in Jakarta

I lived here for a year with my wife. It was so convenient for work and the local amenities. There was a swimming pool, a fantastic mall, lots of restaurants and bars. It was such a relaxing place to live. The negatives were the parking. As with most apartment complexes, I have seen in Indonesia, the parking is a nightmare. Especially as people feel they need to own cars as there is no public transport alternative. Another negative was the horrendous traffic if you chose the leave the local area for whatever reason. Perhaps visiting family of town or just going to another part of Jakarta. I remember it once taking over two hours, just to get to Central Park. What a waste...

well, every apartment has its pros and cons. Greenbay Apt is close to sea, surrounded by both urban and economic development, and it has a mall. Quite nice for young (or very old) couple to live, and quite secure. The rent is reasonable and fees are okay. Lack of parking lots are common in any apartments in Jakarta, and most staffs are friendly, while needs more training. Greenbay Apt is by Agung Podomoro (APLN) and the management is well purposeful.

Gw tamu dari luar kota dan nginap di kamar/lantai 27BC , kebetulan sehari nginap itu 700rb, jadi ekspektasi sangat tinggi karena sekelas hotel aja gak segitu harganya. Namun bbrp hal yg buat aku memutuskan untuk keluar dan move ke hotel adalah: 2 kamar tidur, 1 kamar berAC 1 tdk ada AC (yg single bed) Security tdk bs mengarahkan tower B dimana, yang mana ternyata akses ke tower B (Borneo) itu harus naik tangga, bayangin posisi kita dgn 4 koper Akses lift ke lt 27 tanpa ac/kipas Toilet duduk tumpat, udah lapor ke agen travelionya juga ga ada direspon padahal sudah lapor dari pagi tp no action Pemakaian waterheater harus tutup ac/barang elektrik dulu kalo engga bakal mati lampu Biaya stay overprized, kelas seperti nginap di rusun WIFI tidak bisa konek walaupun sudah tersedia telkom Pelit banget dikasih sunlight buat nyuci panci, dan peralatan makan semua kotor, berdebu Baru masuk agen travelio nya mewajibkan kami untuk kasih bintang 5 supaya bs jebak tamu yang mau nyewa Balkon kotor, kaya ga...
