Gentle Warning: Book activities before going there! There are many companies offering the services and it can be seemingly unaccessible. You will have to pay at list price if you bring yourself there without booking first. And it definitely costs more. You can certainly bargain alittle bit, but definitely still cheaper to book beforehand.

On your way into the Benoa area, there will be people riding motorbikes, trying to stop you on the way. Dont get alarmed, they are just peddling hard for watersport services. Just dismiss them with a wave and a smile. I was surprised at first and thought some incident might have occured.

The watersports are good! The beaches are clean, nice and proper. Can be very crowded, though. No wave like how it should be. The beaches have to be Accessed through the rows of companies offering the watersport, though. So just park your car at the available parking lots, walk yourself to the beach through the hall area. There are people peddling services, but they are respectful enough to leave you alone if you wish so.

When you buy activities packages, make sure to compare activity durations and price between vendors. When you do play and enjoy the activities, confirm the time given and bring a watch with a stopwatch feature. They dont usually play around with agreed time, but different price and transaction are definitely based on different activity duration. So it is difficult to judge if we are given the right value for our money, when we compare with others doing the same things.

A stopwatch and a knowledge of duration promised to you should put your mind at ease. And show the people serving you that you know your deal. At the end, enjoy yourself with some street...

If you're looking for the balinees hospitality don't absolutely come to this place. Me and my girlfriend have booked with the agency (costs less) instead of booking directly at the location of the watersports. Right at the start, during the booking of the packages they immediately put you in contact with the agency, that immediately asks you to PAY the deposit, asking why the money hasn't arrived and putting pressure on paying, I tried to explain that by paying via bank transfer at LEAST 1 DAY is necessary to receive the money. The day after, we arrive at the locations sent by the agency, we meet the employee with whom we had to organize the activity and at first sight he seemed friendly, but afterwards, like the agency he puts pressure on the money that hasn't arrived and that we couldn't do the activities without the deposit, despite the rest of the payment done into the structure. We manage to start the activities, thag personally we really good, infact we had lots of fun with the ones we've booked. Other thing, they'll "ask" you to PAY more money for the videos and photos that they do (old and low quality photocamera) suggesting that gopro and otber devices could be lost in the water (LOL), not only we registered everything by ourselves, but even in a better quality and haven't lost the cam. Last but not least, once we've finished the activities, we headed back to our closet where we had our stuff locked, the employee that helped at the start in an arrogsnt way asked us to go away and free the closet for the next guests, without carrying a but about our experience. Nice place, cool activities, awful people and...

First off, these guys are tour operators. They don’t own or run the water sports complex (which they don’t say on their website). They tied up with place called Bayu Suta Water Sports. Reason this matters more is they don’t take any responsibility for the rides. We bought a package for parasailing 6 mins, jet ski 15 mins and doughnut ride 15 mins. Parasailing was only 3 minutes from start to finish, jet ski was 15 mins but doughnut was again only 12 mins. When I mentioned it to Tanjung Benoa, all they said was “reallly”? I wasn’t expecting any refund but there wasn’t even an apology or even acknowledgment to check what happened (even if it was just lip service). So make sure you have a watch or phone handy so you show the guys exactly what time you start and stop. Also price mentioned on their website doesn’t match what they quote. Website says 400k but they quoted me 800k. And negotiate aggressively on the price. The list price at these complexes is absurd vs what you can actually pay. At another place, I was initially quoted 1.8 million IDR for the package and he came down to 600k. Bayu Suta staff also is completely lacking in service and hospitality, unlike everywhere else is Bali. The guy who was signing us up tried to hard sell me on insurance and other add ons. As soon as I said not interested, his face changed and then was just trying to rush us through the payment process and get going. Place also is...

**For those from India: The driver who brings you here likely has tie-ups with various tourist spots. Any extras you opt for outside your package — your driver usually gets a commission for those, too. For example, a guy associated with the driver may charge you **700K** just for taking pictures of your rides. That guy only has to give your ride tokens.. He may also insist you don’t carry your mobile with you. If you refuse, another lady might approach before the ride and ask for **400K per couple**, which is still quite high. They'll say you're not allowed to take your phone — but that’s not true. You *can* carry your own phone at your own risk. I personally lost my mobile tripod during the banana boat dip, but we still enjoyed the ride. So yes, it’s risky, but it's your choice. For parasailing, you can even give your phone to your fellow passengers to record videos for you. Whenever you're stepped out, remember you're getting scammed. They won't treat us properly here. They won't be polite fully money minded.. It's the same way how some chapris treat the foreigners when they come to india..😅

It was a mixture of good and bad experiences. First of all our group opted for three activities consisting of para sailing, banana boat and jet ski. Jet skiing and banana 🍌 was good but para sailing was worst. First of all we opted for single parasailing but they forced us to do the double by and second did parasailing for like less than a minute only as you can see in video on asking them why it was short and double they simply said it's like this only and if you want to do more you have to choose an adrenaline pack which was double the cost. Brother come to Goa, India you will get a way better experience than this. What is in my experience, I think they're only there for money motive like cater more in less time.

Went to Bali Coral for all of our water sports that we did there, it was really cheap just about 500K IDR for 3 water sports (sea walker, parasailing, and jet ski). Super impressed with the sea walker, we had so much fun and the guide was super nice! But sadly not quite happy with the jet ski, as turns out we cannot ride it ourselves and have to be with a guide (that also not fun) even though we rode jet ski so many times and my boyfriend have PWC license. The parasailing was just OK, decent time, but not too high cuz I tried parasailing before in Langkawi, Malaysia and it was 2 times higher than the one here. But overall with that price, definitely a steal!!
