Terrible with a capital T! The pool appears to have been cleaned 100 years ago; there’s a nice layer of grease just floating around on the top. Yuck! Not a relaxing place AT ALL. On one side you have the busy street right next to you with no distance between the street and the pool area. So if you decide you want to go closer to the beach area, good luck with that! It’s literally the traffic zone for ALL water sports! If the noise from 100s of jet skis, water skis, fast boats etc isn’t enough, have fun smelling all the gasoline & below standard emissions exuding from those boats. Hey you can always wash it down with extremely mediocre food, actually pretty nasty is more like it. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the batter tasted like the grease hadn’t been changed in months. So I cut around it to get to the chicken and it was so favovrlles. Honestly probably one of the worst meals I have had in the month spent in Bali. Definitely skip this place and enjoy dozens of much better options....

Two stars was subtracted from this review because our room was located very nearby a gamalan band (a type of Indonesian music played at full volume, apparently used to wake up the gods in heaven). The gamalan plays in the evening up to 1 am and almost non stop. They appear to start and stop with 5-10 min rest intervals. All doors, windows, blinds were closed but the percussion instruments still pierce through the walls like it is not there. So if after an eventful day you want to bed before 1 am without distractions, make sure you choose the quiet side of the hotel if there is one. The reception will tell you they cannot do anything about it if you tell them about the noise. If you can sleep through drum kits cymbals and xylophones playing at full volume just across from your room, then you will be fine- take this review as five stars instead. Bringing ear...

"The hotel is showing its age. All corners are dirty. My room on the first floor has mold in the room and hallway. It's terrible. The food is good but overpriced and portions are tiny. Many items on the menu are not available. The staff in service and rooms are trying, but the reception ignores repeated requests. The sunbeds have wobbly frames. The air conditioning units in the room are mobile, but everything is damp and musty. I've booked for 14 days, but I won't make it. I'm going on a 3-day tour instead. Not recommended. The hotel is 6 km from the airport and seems to be a preferred accommodation for airline crews with priority check-in. I had to wait 3 hours for my musty room after 25 hours of travel, despite booking 3 months in advance. Flight staff got their rooms in 15 minutes... sad, not...
