For a 5 star resort. I did not get 5 star service. I had an absolutely horible experience. After checking in at 4:45 I was taken to a room where there was no internet access the room t.v wasnt working properly. I was told to stay in the room while they found a solution (there was nothing to do) after being force to wait in the room for 45 mins I went up to the lobby, at least there theyd have internet. There i was made to wait for another 45 mins as they had found a room and are now cleaning it. However in this time i received nothing complementary. They didn't take our bags or advise us to look around the hotel. Not even a sorry. After waiting a total of 1 hour 45 min I was escorted to my room where they had pushed together 2 single beds in to a double. Thus making the middle of the bed extremely uncomfortable. Also if like to know they close the pools at 7. So i had no more time to use of the facility as it was now dark. To make up for these actions they had offered me a complementary meal. After attending the complementary meal I was severely let down by the quality of food. The starter soup was presented cold. The main was slow cooked beef. It was dry. The desert was banana fritter. It was severed cold. (How is something fried served cold) I dont understand. The room was below par there were wires hanging out the wall the bath as damaged. There were so many issues with this hotel. Lucky im a vlogger so im able to capture all of these issues. Dont call you self 5 stars. If your offering 2 star service with a 3 star resort. 2+3=5 But that not how the 5 stars...
