CASPLA Bali fast boat hotel & watersport — Attraction in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

Avoid this company at all costs!!! We had the worst boat trip ever with this company. Fast boat from Gilis to Nusa Penuda, boat was driving to fast considering the size of the waves, boat was hit hard by the water, was bumping way to much until the front window of the passenger area was destroyed by the hard hitting water. Much water was pushed into the boat, panic came up, all peoeple put on lifejackets. Instead of turning around to the mainland (Lombock was very close as it happend at the beginning of the boat trip), they fixed the front window with the cover that was supposed to keep the luggage dry. They continued the trip with less speed and finally got the pump to work, to get rid of all the water that was floading the boat. People were screaming and got sick during the 2.5h drive. We reached Nusa Penida alive but all the luggage was completely wet as it was not covered at all. Thanks for nothing, keep away from this...

the worst day tour I have done. told pick up is 6.15 for a 7.30 transfer to Nusa Penida. pick up was late then waited at Sanur until 8.30 in the morning totally disorganized over crowded boat. once on the island it took about 30 minutes to get flippers. The snorkeling was a joke most of it was in deep water good for scuba but not snorkeling. The boat they use for the snorkeling was old and needed to be replaced. They keep the engines running all day even when stopped to do the snorkeling. Petrol fumes filled the boat and made most people sick. It's a days snorkeling but you get about 1 hour actual snorkeling. Yes the do give you lunch but very basic 1 rice dish and tea or cordial to drink. What they don't tell you is you are stuck at the so called resort it old fun down and dirty. showers and toilet until 4.30 in the afternoon so 3 hours unpleasantness. Definitely not worth the money. The corals and fish are not worth...

Paid 350k pp for a fast boat from gili t to nusa penida. Boat arrived an hour late and was pretty busy - stopped at both gili air and bangsal taking about an hour before actually getting under way. I soon wished I’d got off at bangsal.

The small boat was no match for the big waves and we were being thrown around. Lots of green faces and many people and bags got very wet. Staff were really nice but couldn’t make up for possibly the worst 2 hours of my life. Not one that’s ever suffered from sea sickness myself but this was next level.

Possibly a nice boat for short trips across the gilis etc but definitely was not ok for crossing the sea and the waves weren’t even that big! Wished we’d paid the extra money for a bigger boat - haven’t quite recovered yet!

If you are going to use this service go straight to the ticket desk as was cheaper then booking...
