Trans Snow World Bintaro — Attraction in Pondok Aren

On January 1st, I had the opportunity to visit Snow World Bintaro with my kids, and we were thrilled to experience the snowy atmosphere reminiscent of Europe. We decided to purchase our tickets online, as they offered affordable packages compared to buying them on the spot. What impressed me was that the ticket price was the same for everyone, from babies as young as 0 months old to adults. Each person was given a generous 2-hour playtime, and we were provided with new socks and rental shoes as part of the package.

Upon entering the playground, we noticed several shops selling jackets, gloves, and hats, which was convenient as the temperature inside was maintained at a chilly 10 degrees. The prices of these items were reasonable, making it easy for visitors to prepare for the snowy experience. Once inside, we had a blast playing in the snow. The staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that everyone had a great time.

One highlight was the presence of photographers stationed at various spots within the playground. At the exit door, we had the option to purchase our pictures, which added a memorable touch to our visit. The snow itself felt real, and we had a lot of fun sliding down the slopes and even learning the basics of skiing.

I paid for the ticket online which claimed to be an all day pass. Went in, queued up for ages even though there were only two people ahead of me, found out the ticket from traveloka doesn't cover sleds etc. So paid another 150,000 to cover that for three people. Seemed ok. Paid another 50,000 to store my things in a tiny locker which you can only open once. Went to get the boots and was told that we had to return them in two hours and were given wrist bands. I said that I thought it was a whole day pass and she just smiled. I told her that was another scam. Went to get a single tyre each to go down the snow hill and was told out ticket didn't cover that, only one of each different thing. Told him it was another scam, just tell me when i paid the 150,000, rather than let it be another surprise. Went to get some fries and a hot chocolate. Waited in a line of only one other person but it took more than ten minutes to get the front as only one man frying up one batch of fries at a time. Then was told had to go upstairs to order hot chocolate. Steam coming out of my ears. But did it. Got terrible fries in old oil and a terrible hot chocolate and the worst cafe late of my life and sat to ruminate over why they can be so badly run, so many costs, so many lines but the place is mostly empty. Feel so irritated and will never go back there. But also it was fun to go down the snowy hill so thats why i gave it stars. Trans Group...

Harga tiket Harga tiket masuk cenderung mahal, untuk sebuah tempat wisata yang hanya mengandalkan es dan sedikit wahana bermain di dalamnya. Hanya ada permainan perosotan biasa, perosotan ban, dan yang agak lumayan kereta gantung. Untuk 8 orang (4 dewasa dan 4 anak-anak dibawah 10th) setidaknya menghabiskan Rp 2 Juta disini. Dan itu juga terbantu dg potongan jika bayar dengan Alo Bank, yang mau tidak mau harus mendownload, registrasi dan membuka rekening Alo Bank (Group Trans)

Voucher gratis yang tidak sebanding Untuk uang keluar Rp 2 Juta, yang didapatkan hanya voucher gratis makanan berupa 1 mangkuk bakso (1 biji berukuran besar dengan mie dan kuah) dan 1 botol air mineral ukuran terkecil. Untuk wisata yang menjual hawa dingin air mineral apalagi dalam kondisi dingin / cold sangat lah tidak cocok. Ada juga voucher gratis untuk menaiki kereta gantung yang biasa, berkeliling 1 putaran saja. Dengan harga tiket yang mahal, benefit/bonus voucher yang didapat tidak sebanding.

Harga makanan/minuman SANGAT MAHAL! Pengenaan biaya untuk membeli makanan dan minuman sangat mahal, memesan setidaknya 2 susu jahe dan 2 susu coklat kena biaya Rp 280.000.

Wahana/fasilitas bermain Tidak ada yang spesial dari tempat ini selain wisata yang sekedar menawarkan nuansa jepang dengan es dan udara yang sangat dingin saja. Tak ada salju seperti nama nya. Tak hanya itu, wahana bermain yang ada juga cenderung biasa saja. Tidak sebanding dengan harga tiket yang mahal.

Harga jasa cetak foto yang ga masuk akal Sepanjang mulai dari masuk ke lokasi hingga berada di beberapa titik titik wahana, terdapat fotografer yang melakukan pengambilan gambar, tentu pengunjung akan berpikir bahwa ini adalah bagian dari benefit yang didapatkan karena sudah membeli tiket, ternyata semua itu berbayar.

Setidaknya Anda harus mengeluarkan biaya Rp. 400 Ribu untuk 1 Album foto berisi 2 foto di dalamnya untuk bisa mendapatkan seluruh soft copy foto-foto kegiatan yang diambil juru foto selama di wahana bermain. Ini sangat mengecoh pengunjung, karena membuat pengunjung menjadi tidak banyak mengambil foto secara mandiri karena merasa sudah ada juru foto dan hasil foto gratis yang dapat di ambil saat keluar, nyata nya tidak. Pengunjung dipaksa untuk membeli setidaknya 1 paket cetak foto untuk bisa mendapatkan seluruh file/soft copy foto. Anda tidak akan diberikan soft copy saja jika tidak membeli paket. Agak memaksa dalam kesempatan yang ada.

Terdapat batasan waktu bermain Entah apakah selama pandemi atau tidak, Anda akan dibatasi untuk bermain dan berada di dalam wahana, yakni selama 2 jam saja. Akan ada jam yang menginformasikan status waktu dengan indikator lampu dan getaran yang menyala. Jika telat untuk keluar/checkout, maka akan ada denda/charge seharga 1/2 /50% dari harga pembelian tiket awal.

Kesimpulan : Tempat wisata ini kurang direkomendasikan untuk pengunjung dengan biaya atau uang saku wisata yang pas-pas-an. Usahakan untuk bertanya harga disetiap pembelian apapun selama berada di dalam. Tidak sebandingnya biaya masuk dan fasilitas yang ada di dalamnya membuat saya sebagai pengunjung kecewa. Untuk anak-anak bayi balita, sebaiknya pertimbangkan lagi kesini, karena suhu nya cukup...
