Windhu Sari Art Market in Sukawati is a great place to shop for authentic Balinese items. The staff were welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant shopping experience. The items were reasonably priced, and the kaftan dresses were especially worth it—beautiful and well-made. We appreciated their thoughtful gesture of encouraging us to use their toilet facilities, knowing we had a long journey ahead. It’s small acts like this that make a difference. We also picked up some excellent coffee powder to bring home, along with unique gifts that truly capture the essence of Bali. Place is well maintained and with a/c. It gives us the feeling shopping in a mall. Items are really overpriced. This place is just made for tourists. You cannot bargain here at all. Local markets are much cheaper. You still find some stuff which you can’t buy at the local markets.
