Located in the side of main busy street heading to Tangkuban Perahu tourism spot, with groceries shop near to each other, easy access by direct public transport from Bandung train station or Paskal Hypermall, this place is regularly use for group of school, university, company gathering or out bound. But for solo, double, triple traveler also possible, but better with advance booking, especially if coming in the weekend, or holiday festive. Just to make sure to have accomodation in the forest of pines trees. Whether stay solo, rate is counted by each type of accomodation, for example start from lowest category are: IDR 460,000 Dome/tend for 4person Facility : 4 stinky smelly sleeping bag Have wiring/ electrical socket but no bulb inside the dome, no breakfast, only dinner (4x of styrofoam glass instant noodles) NO compliment of mineray water. Sharing bathroom at public bathroom inside the facility with marky water tap inside the cement bath box, no shower, no wastafel, no hot water, wet floor always, dirty and slightly urinate smell. When I was there, were trip in 2 and deffo our first time experience camping ๐๏ธ, definitely we were excited and since we not planning it and no make booking in advance, the rest proper room available were in glamping style for 4 person which cost IDR 1,540K....way too much for a night for 2 in the forest! We enjoy our night in the โบ but very cold since we didn't wore those stinky sleeping bag, we ok that there's no light inside the โบ but outside is pretty much light of. We only brush our teeth 2x and wash our face with mineral water in front of our โบ, since yes share washroom was the way too dirty, we always climb walk up to reception area for our 'business' during our night stay, and no absent for 2x shower (nite and morning). Meals at the restaurant were so so, better tasty and not too pricey foods outside the property. Worse selection of music with worse sound system played from 09:00 to 18:00...shame of natural sounds by it forest... I much prefer worth visit to Orchid Forest and staying in Sindang Reret Hotel for next time visit...

The hilly complex is connected by pavling block wide path and friendly environment stairs as mostly fenced with natural materials such as branches, twigs, logs and plastic recycled materials. However, it raises safety concerns when it rains because it would be slippery. The place is great, scenic, lush green and undeniable suitable to clean up my lungs as I live in heavily...
ย ย ย Read moreNot like the atmosphere I expected when imagining staying in glamping which they call luxury by paying the equivalent price of a 5 star hotel. The rooms were dirty, so I didn't dare to bare feet while in the room. The springbed mattress is not feasible because it drops a bit when used for sleeping. The bathroom was not dry because there was stagnant water. The picture on TV is not clear. Even in the room there is no telephone to call the receptionist. And what made us annoyed was, the atmosphere was very noisy because there were other guests who brought a sound system to sing karaoke, even though it was clearly prohibited, the officers only reprimanded without any clear follow-up, and they continued to sing late into the night, very very annoying when we want to rest. The restaurant atmosphere is pretty good, the food is also delicious when you order and pay for it, but when breakfast the quality of the taste drops a lot. Even though the atmosphere of the pine forest is very beautiful to calm the heart and mind, it becomes useless when the hotel management is not very good.... very...
