While Warung Kopi Gunung might be more famous for it's view and aesthetic place, when I came there around 12PM some of the food menus aren't ready until 1PM, so I decided to come next to Limasegi, which I don't regret. Most of the food here price range from IDR 20k - IDR 40k, which is very affordable. We had the mie ayam (around 28k), noodle texture like mie abang2, but the chicken slice are thick and nice, portion are small but generous with the chicken. Serve with bakso and soup, which okay for me. Had the soto bandung , generous beef chunk with thinly slice daikon and soybeans, soup is light and just enough seasoning. Serve with rice and emping. The fried platter, my personal favorite is their fried cireng, crispy and soft, savory. The banana and bakwan taste fine but kinda lack the sweet even though called honey fried banana, and kinda bland for the bakwan. The fried platter serves wih a nice peanut spicy sauce.
I had the orange juice which is very refreshing, had this pulp of orange within, kinda too sweet, better ask for less sugar. The lemon soda drink I had, kinda forgot the name, taste deliciously sour refreshing as well.
The place here is also insta worthy, with their hammock as a photo spot, the view id breath taking as well. Might not as fancy as kopi gunung, but definitely worthwhile visiting here. Food came out fast, service friendly, and...
Read more3 July 2023 Orders: Risol creamy ragut ayam, butter croissant, hot cappuccino, tahu cabe garam, nasi tutug oncom spesial, nasi tuna kriuk ayam spesial, soto bandung with rice, earth green latte, coffee apple.
Built right on the side of Cikole Forest, Limasegi Dipinus is a very great place to clear your mind. The food and beverages are nice enough to accompany the cool climate of Lembang.
Butter croissant + cappuccino surely are not to miss!
Personally prefer nasi tuna kriuk ayam spesial over nasi tutug oncom spesial. Got a little twist that the oncom is kinda sweet, unlike what I expected, but both are good tasting carbs ESPECIALLY THE SAMBAL with lime juice on top.
Tahu cabe garam completes our warm dishes but it’s a bit micin-ish for me.
We also had soto bandung for something soupy. You can taste the real beef stock and authenyic soto bandung, unfortunately just a little too salty for us.
The risol creamy ragut ayam was crispy and lovingly warm. Never thought that apple juice (coffee apple) and matcha (earth green latte) can go well with coffee, though!
p.s. for you who doesnt really like sweet, you might want your earth green latte made with no added sugar
Overall, nice experience! Might come again...
Read moreIf we talk about the place it was quite strategic, you will definitely go through the place since it was at the main road of Tangkuban Perahu street. The building itself was eye catching, five-faceted building surrounded by pine trees. It has three floors, the first floor is outdoor while the other two were semi outdoor. With a cool breeze and pine trees as the background you will like to spend time here. Unfortunately since whole areas were outdoor smoking was permitted so during weekend this place not comfortable to visit especially with children.
The service was nice and friendly. You need to order and pay up front to dine in. I had Chicken roast noodle (47.5k), french fries and sausages (29k), cemal cemil platter (32.5k), fried kwetiaw (35k) and tried their coffee beverages; piccolo (29k) and hazelnut latte (34k). I didn't fond for the coffee, it was too bitter, probably they dark roasted the beans too much, I don't know but I didn't enjoy it at all! The food were just okay, not that special. They sell more for the atmosphere...
