Visited and tried the Tagliatelle with mushroom and ham from Sicilian Delights. A fiting name as the food lived up to it. The girls serving were very helpful and made a good recommendation. The food was tastfull and filling highly recommend trying. A good portion served. The Marina Market it's self is a large open plan style with a great variety of food stalls all on ground level. With plenty of seating inside and out. It is also kept very clean. It even has its own little nature residence of little birds. It also hosts different exhibitions on at different times of the year. The food from the stalls that I tried were delicious filling and good value. There is also stalls and little shops selling clothing jewelry crystals and health and beauty along with many other items. Prices are very reasonable. There is limited parking but it is also on the bus route and only a few minutes walking from the City Centre. It's a unique place and a must visit if in Cork.

This place has the potential to be great. It has gone in a relatively short time from basically an unused warehouse to now perhaps one of the nicest places to peruse and grab a coffee on the way down to Pairc Uí Caoimh. At the moment its got quite a few food outlets , offering a diverse range of foods. I always get the feeling that this place is going to keep improving and offering more interesting food outlets. At Christmas, many non food related stalls joined the market. It felt like they offered a balance to the market being solely a food hall. They've now all moved on and the market feels somewhat 'dead. I'll be looking forward to seeing how this place evolves. UPDATE 2 Jun 2022: the food stalls are now offering more choice. My personal favourites are No Sin, Poulez Vous, Oak Fired Pizza, and Prataí. Great for kids, safe and entertaining.

Great market to go to! The space has steadily filling out with different food stalls! My favourite stalls so far are Market Burger, Nua Asador and Sicilian Delights! They all serve fresh made to order food that is delicious! All the stalls have great food and bring a different flavour to the market! There is also really good coffee places and and some lovely confectionery stalls to pick up some sweet treats! The rest of the space is also steadily expanding with various use of one of the old halls within the building with a wedding show being held in February of 2022 and a winter wonderland during Christmas! I expect to see various changes to this space from time to time! Its should be noted that this is not like a farmer's market where there are fruit and veg stalls and artisian meat producers.

If you live in or around Cork City, this is the time of year to visit the Marina Market. Whether you just want to grab a coffee and a chat or have a full-on meal, this is the place to come to. Pizzas, burgers, sausages, snacks, treats, burritos, you name it, it's here. Plenty seating, sofas, tables, lounging areas, and a full-on food court. You can grab a bite and go, or chill, and stay all day. Open 8am to 8pm Nov and Dec. If you are out with your 4-legged friend, he is welcome in too, just keep him on his lead. Clothes, decorations, and even a barber. Oh, and an ice rink if you want to go skating, nearly forgot about that!!! Words don't do it justice. Just call in. You won't regret it.

My first time - I thought we were going to another sort of market! There is a fabulous range of food options and drinks. My go to is a coffee which was hot and tasted good. After surveying the many types of food available I went for the sushi which was freshly made and came with dips - it was fab. When you order they give you a disc that vibrates when your food is ready so you don’t have to stand and wait. Others in our group had toasted sandwiches, wraps, chips and burgers . I would go here every week if I lived closer. They had decorations up for Halloween but I was told they also have live music on occasions. Loads of seating - tables, sofas - what is there not to like

Love the concept. The vibe is great. It's very practical if you want to eat out with people who dont have the same taste as you! I'm vegetarian, and my parents aren't; we were able to each get the food that most inspired us and eat it together. Was super fun. Nothing fancy, but I definitely recommend if all you care about is good food and conviviality. Only little issue I can think if is that it's a bit noisy, but it honestly doesn't spoil the vibe and matches the place very well. Lively spot for sure. Also, there was a nice little exposition of old Ford cars that were super beautiful and that we didn't expect!
