Naturally Nourished — Restaurant in Cork

Phoned on behalf of my company to order from lunch Menu where we would collect ourselves the next day! Initally after taking my name, company and phone number my order was placed by a very pleasant young man who informed me he was also manning the coffee machine. Wished to pre-pay and was asked by said young man that he would pass me to his Manager, waited and was then advised no orders could be taken for the next day, they were fully booked! Sounded like she was fobbing me off.... Hung up.... what if i had rocked up like i did a few months ago and ordered same from daily menu, for the same number of people? would I have been treated in the same manner? Sounded like said Manager could not be bothered when I spoke to her.

Very out dated that one unable to order and pay on-line.

We were able to order from competitor and pay on-line plus choose a pick-up time, seamless, professional and friendly, most importantly were delighted with the business we put their way.

I visited during a busy weekday lunch period and there was a big queue but there seemed to be a system so that wasn’t an issue. The issue came with my “Buddha Bowl” (mildly offensive name aside) which was seriously lacking. It contained just 3 pieces of sweet potato and the avocado advertised was just a table spoon of smashed avo. The vast majority of the meal was salad leaves and white rice (i.e. less than €1.50 worth of ingredients). The meal contained next to no protein. The price had gone up from the menu published on the website (€7.90) to €9.20. I don’t like writing negative reviews, I’d much rather give a place the chance to put it right but with a queue 15 people deep, there was no chance of speaking to a staff member. Massively...

Really disappointing visit. I wanted to order a halloumi dish with no eggs (as stated on menu) so asked for avacado as a replacement (seemed fair) was told I'd have to pay extra. Was asked 4 times if I was sitting in or taking away (the person serving me really wasn't listening to me) and then my dish came out with the most miserable amount of halloumi. My sister who was with me confirmed it was a miserable amount in comparison to the previous time she'd been there. We had to ask for a drink they'd forgotten.
