The play area is sooo bad and very small. 10 euros for one hour. Service zero. My friend's son is 3 years old and found at the main gate 😱. He was playing in the play area and the girl there allowed him to go out the play area to outside 🤯while his mother was searching about him inside the play area but he was outside 🌝( it was a different girl not the same girl that dealt with my son and for the record she allowed my friend to go inside with her son many times so where are your rules?). How could this happen? It's not a safe place. Imagine your 3 year old son or daughter with the automatic doors there. What could happen if the kid was out to the mall. The service there depends on who is serving. When I went there before there was a nice girl that allowed my daughter to guide my 3 year old son to how to play inside but this time a very rude girl saw my little son crying as he wanted his sister with him inside. My daughter was already finished 1:30 hours at the jump zone play and didn't want to play extra she just wanted to help him and guide him and the girl there said you are not allowed. He was crying over and over for my daughter to go with him and this girl kept saying she is not allowed. She told me you are the only person who is allowed and when I tried to help my son she told me you are not allowed inside 🙆. So who is allowed to bring my son who was stuck inside 🤔. There is only one girl at the gate. No other girls to guide younger ages. You know the rules but you don't know how and when you should apply these rules. The play area was empty when my son entered. So don't say for the safety. It was the last hour before the closing time. He was alone with another little girl who was bigger than him. It was only a one hour ticket but we left the place in 30 minutes the atmosphere wasn't the best. Rude customer service. My son is very little to understand your rules and he kept crying. While we were going out this girl was not there and I saw many girls older than my daughter were allowed to go inside the play area. They were from a birthday party. So your rules are modifiable according to your ways. I left the place frustrated, my son was frustrated and it wasn't the best way for the place to deal with this very young age. You want to collect money by any means. If there's a zero star I would use it. I wanted him to play and have fun but it went into a disaster. Even one hour is sooo much for the jump zone area. My daughter and her friends were coming to us saying we don't want to play more. We told them you have 1:30 hours and they wanted to leave after 45 minutes. The place made the tickets at a higher cost with no extra benefits. The same plays are there so what is the point of increasing the fees? Only waste of money. Go to leisure Plex or go kids go or ship shape. There are many other play areas where there is nice customer service who have never asked us to leave the place even if the playing hours are finished but at the jump zone Liffey valley you are paying money and you don't even get benefits . The kids are frustrated from this place and wanted to leave early. I'll never go again to the jump zone Liffey...

My son was at a birthday party in Jump Zone Liffey Valley on 22 June 2024. During one of the activities there was an accident, which my son reported to the party host straight away. There was no first aid provided to my son and he was sent back to continue on with the activities until the end of the birthday party. I, as a parent and other parents weren't even notified of the accident by Jump Zone. It seems that Jump Zone was trying to hide any signs of an accident. I only found out when my son sent me a WhatsApp message to say that he is in pain. I was in shock. This is when I raised my concerns over the phone, the first aid responder appeared and asked other parents on premises to sign the paperwork that I haven't even seen and received a copy of it. After conversation and recommendations received from the first aid responder I had more concerns and questions. Next day we went to the hospital - fractured finger and a cast, this is what we came back home with. When I logged a complaint (the complaint procedure doesn't exist in Jump Zone) and requested accidents and injuries policy, it appears that all the steps in their in-house procedure document weren't followed. To my query why first aid wasn't provided to my son, Danielle (the manager) replied that my son refused it, which isn't true, as my son came over to the party host to report the accident and asked for help. However, even if he had refused it, he is a minor and not able to make these decisions. Jump Zone is responsible for following the accidents and injuries procedure document and notifying parents, however, it wasn't the case. There was back and forth communication and face to face conversation with Danielle after which I realised that they don't care. There were no apologies and acknowledgement of their failures. They are so used to these scenarios and the fact that there are no consequences. I have asked to speak with one of the company directors, as I don't think they're aware of what's going on in their business and Danielle refused to arrange that.
It's still ongoing. I'm trying to find the right home for this accident.
Please think twice before considering bringing your kids to this place. This place no longer exists for my family. I can't believe that a customer and kids orientated place can blame minors for refusing first aid and this is a business approach that Jump Zone...
Read moreWish I had read the comments about the Manager before going. Myself and 5 year old Daughter visited Jump zone today, a day out she was looking foward to for quite a while. When we arrived I was asked to complete a waiver and then asked whether or not I'd be "Jumping" aswell as my Daughter, to which I replied no. The girl I dealt with was extremely polite and well mannered in explaining that the policy at Jump zone was that a Guardian could not accompany a child to the trampoline area unless of course they themselves were "Jumping". I explained to the girl at the desk that I wished to monitor my daughter, as she has only just turned 5 and wouldn't be entirely comfortable trying something new with much older kids and with her Dad out of sight. The girl explained they had a "viewing area" located at the far side of the complex. Essentially a video monitoring screen. Not ideal as my Daughter wouldn't be able to see me and if she had an accident I wouldn't be close at hand. I requested to speak to the manager, a completely redundant exercise that I'd later regret. From the offset her attitude was completely obnoxious, I explained the problem and she quoted health and safety.. tho if I had paid for myself to "Jump" health and safety would miraculously cease to be an issue and I could stand where I liked. Not intending to spend €30 on an hour of "Jumping" I appealed again in calm to the Manager to allow me view my Daughter from the sides. She arrogantly dismissed me and smiled as I walked away to explain the situation to my Daughter who had been siting waiting patiently to go inside. This is complete extortion. The model is set up to prey upon a parent and child's vulnerability in that situation. The Manager not only displayed a completed lack of empathy but instead seemed to relish in the encounter of refusing to accommodate a nervous 5 year old child. I'm sure the owner who seems well practised at defending this business will attempt to offer an alternative version of events where I had to be forcibly removed by a SWAT team. I would strongly urge people to avoid this establishment at all cost. We ended up going and buying our own small trampoline for the sake of health and safety...
