Absolutely worthless of a company. I have a10bis card that is consolidated with my actual Employee ID.
This is the 2nd time now that someone has managed to bill my account to restaurants and places I've never been to, by what I can only assume is short sightedness on 10Bis's part, providing the same account number to 2 different people.
When I sent proof I did not make this alleged purchase- I was told by 10bis my account and card were cancelled and to get a new one from my employer instead, which I did.
This obviously meant I had to spend an entire day getting my new employee ID with all employee privileges (Office access, working hours time stamping etc.) just because of their mistake.
Somehow, they've managed to out-do themselves probably by making the same exact mistake YET AGAIN, as I just got billed for apparently performing a physical purchase in a place I've never been to, despite the fact I am self quarantining and with my card in my possession this entire time.
Because of COVID I have no way of going out of my way and actually getting a new employee ID just because of their inadequacy, nor do I plan on risking my health or my loved ones' health just because of their outright impotence.
Any employer who thinks about treating their employees to these services- GO WITH CIBUS/WOLT.
Another update 6 months later(August 24th)- Guess what? IT HAPPENED AGAIN. Any generic comment you get from 10bis means absolutely nothing, when you send them emails they don't even bother returning to you.

Read morei mean 10bis and Cbus have a monopoly in israel on 90% of startups using them to deliver food to the employee so a lot of companies are using them but since they charge very high commissions a lot of food places will actually rise the prices just for the 10bis menu, and other places cannot coup with the pressure so they do a lot of mistakes in orders and 10bis to minimize negetivity dont publish a lot of the negetive reviews on the restaurants also 10bis has their own shipping which almost never makes it on time since they are understaffed by far, so the food comes cold and a lot longer then what it should come, so it all adds to the mess so really it's all a mess of there of not being ready to handle the volume
there is no option to compare them to Walt or other companies that do much better job here.

Read more10bis is easily the worst SaaS platform I have ever used, from the app itself, to the service behind it. It is usual to receive wrong orders, extremely long delivery times, or even have your order canceled an hour after you've ordered it. When this happens, there is no one helpful to speak with, there is often no money back, and the whole Customer Experience is so frustrating that it's not even worth going through that to get a few shekels back. Especially in hi tech, where time is often our most precious commodity. I don't know who needs to hear this, but there ARE alternatives to 10bis (such as Cibus which is accepted on Wolt), and if you complain to HR you CAN make a switch. You don't have to stay trapped in 10bis, speak up and make the change! And to 10bis, if you're reading this - you have caused me so much frustration and wasted time the last 3+ years and I can't wait to never use...
