Tourist Office Alleghe — Attraction in Alleghe

On Thurs 9 Feb 2023 we were skiing in Civetta, and bought bus tickets from the Tourist Office for the only bus Alleghe to Arabba dep 1752. When the bus arrived for some reason the driver refused to take us as we had skis. We returned to the Tourist Office and the very helpful gentleman rang the bus company director of operations, and ordered the bus to turn round and pick us up! Around 20 mins later the bus returned and collected us. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much....

Very good service and information. Here is a suggestion for what I think would be a big improvement, if you guys are listening: make the maps of the walking/hiking routes available online please. I struggled to plan my walks around...

Llevábamos una eternidad de extrema calamidad cuando atisbamos esta oficina en el horizonte. Nos adentramos en ella desesperanzados y con gran congoja en el corazón le preguntamos al buen señor que allí moraba. Este, sin un ápice de duda, nos proporcionó la información que necesitábamos en la mayor brevedad concebible. Todavía tiemblo al pensar en qué habría sido de nosotros de no ser por esta magnífica oficina. Gracias a todos.
