Lavoi ristorante sul lago — Restaurant in Alleghe

The restaurant portrays itself as fancier than it actually is. There are many, too many, waiters in suits. There are fancy tablecloths but pop music playing the background and water is served in wine glasses.

This was supposedly the best restaurant in town. Yet the food was mediocre at best. From it's presentation on the plate to the flavors, it's all just okay. We were hoping for a lovely three course experience not bar food. And the creme brulee was more of a miniscule soggy English cream than a crispy desert.

Also, service is rushed. Our food was taken away before we were finished, our courses were served so quick we were unable to order a glass of wine to go with it.

Abbiamo deciso di mangiare qui visto la bellissima posizione di questo ristorante. Purtroppo per me non è stata una bellissima esperienza. La posizione del ristorante è bellissima ,dalla terrazza si può ammirare il lago di Alleghe. Appena entrati il cameriere ci ha sistemato in terrazza, tavoli senza tovaglie e qui non ci siamo perché solo il coperto e 3,50 euro a persona, abbiamo ordinato due tagliere di affettati con formaggio e de arrivato uno solo affettatati senza formaggio, 16 euro il tagliere e cioè 32 per 2 taglieri, e dalla foto si vede la scarsa quantità , qualità mediocre visto che lavoro in un banco gastronomico,nessuna ombra di formaggio. Il cestino del pane con 3 fette di pane e pane macchiato di rosso penso che non hanno pulito il coltello dopo che hanno tagliato la pizza, eravamo in 4 e ovviamente il pane non bastava ho chiesto 3 volte il pane e finalmente la terza volta hanno portato un altro cestino . Ho chiesto gentilmente come mai sul menù c’era anche dei formaggi sul tagliere e in vece a noi non hanno portato il formaggio, mi ha risposto che si sono dimenticati anzi quasi non credeva . Formaggi deludenti . Dalla foto di vede come li hanno portati buttati un po sul piatto, non penso proprio che fontal sia un formaggio da antipasto , insomma una delusione totale. Poi è arrivato il secondo, delusione assoluta, funghi insipidi totalmente, braciola di capriolo con mirtillo mirtilli gusto dolce che non si sposava nemmeno con la polenta che a mio parere era l’unica che era buonissima. E tutto alla bellezza di 25 euro. Insomma con 2 bottiglie di acqua una birra ,2 taglieri e 4 secondi e 4 coperti abbiamo spesso 158 euro a mio parere veramente esagerato.Servizio inesistente. Unfortunately this was probably the worst food I had during my visit to Italy, and wildly overpriced. I came during the low season, perhaps the food is fresher during the high season. The gnocchi and pork chop were overcooked, and the cheesecake tasted like it had been frozen for a long time. The views are great, the service is good, but that does not make up for poorly cooked food. My suggestion to management is to close the restaurant during the low season if you are not able to cook with fresh and high quality...
