Don’t confuse this beach with La Maddalena island near Olbia. This was the first beach that I went during my trip and I visited it basically because that’s my mum’s name :) it’s a sandy beach, there’s a free parking lot, warm waters and family-friendly. It has its beauty and I recommend it if you want to chill for a while and don’t want to drive to far.

When I visited in November it was a nice and quite place. There were only a few locals and fishermen. The water was crystal clear. Also the neighbourhood is very calm so it's nice to take a walk among the nice houses. For more visit salty-travels.com

There are better beaches around but parking is free. We went to kitesurf but it’s not an ideal spot with quite a narrow launch area, and you are only allowed to kitesurf whilst the kite school is open (until 6pm).

Bello leggere le recensioni e vedere le foto di qualche anno fa .. perché adesso è tutto diverso ..... La spiaggia è sommersa dalle palle marine....sporca.... L'acqua ha perso il suo colore blu ..per sostituirlo con il marrone I chioschetti e gli stabilimenti ci sono e sono molto belli..... Ma tutto viene rovinato dalla mancata manutenzione della spiaggia.... Che vergogna.... Capoterra ha un tesoro che non sanno sfruttare!!!!!! L'anno scorso di questo periodo era piena!!!!!😠😠😠😠

Ottima spiaggia libera lunghissima, località Maramura, mare sempre calmo con il maestrale, spiaggia per famiglie frequentato da poche persone, vegetazione che ripara dal Sole, ci vado sempre perché è anche molto agevole arrivarci, immenso parcheggio gratuito, dobbiamo ringraziare per questo il comune di Capoterra. Mi trovo molto bene, ci sono due stabilimenti balneari a pagamento e un piccolo chiosco, c'è alla fine della spiaggia un ristorante "la miniera del pesce".
