Hidden gem, we were here with the family and we really enjoyed everything, a good welcome and efficient service, food fresh and excellent cooked and honestly with the prices around now ( for defrosted food) and absolute bargain. SOL Chicken deluxe a must to try and be ready to get dirty (delicious). Most importantly for a father that my wee little girl really felt welcome and staff was super engaging with her as well. 26/09/2021 vengo alle 12:00 e chiedo 2 estathè. Mi vengono servite due bottigliette, senza chiedermi se volessi o no dei bicchieri. Chiedo cortesemente 2 bicchieri e mi vengono dati bollenti appena tolti dalla lavastoviglie...allora chiedo di nuovo cortesemente se mi potessero dare due bicchieri non bollenti per potermi bere il thè freddo..la barista mi risponde "mi dispiace son tutti così, non so cosa dirti". In un bar con almeno 30 bicchieri esposti è impossibile che siano tutti appena usciti dalla lavastoviglie, ma è evidente che il personale non ha voglia di lavorare. Una volta seduto fuori chiedo al cameriere (l'unico ragazzo, oltretutto educato almeno lui) se mi potesse portare due bicchieri non caldi..e stranamente lui li ha trovati a differenza della collega al banco. Inutile dire che...

A basic cafe. As usual in Italy, coffee is far superior to any UK chain such as Nero, Costa. Food so-so, service variable; sometimes polite and efficient, sometimes sloppy eg spilling coffee...
