After reading many positive reviews we decided to try it for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who helped us choose our orders. We went for local beer with seafood pasta and a type of steak with salad (or you can choose chips instead). Portions were huge so we were glad we didn't order starters. The seafood pasta was the best I've ever had, it had so many varieties of seafood and was excellent in my view (compared to every other Italian restaurant I've been to as I always order the same). We also read pizzas (Neapolitan style) are great so we made a dinner reservation and we weren't disappointed accompanied by Aperol spritz. At some point the place got super busy so many people left after waiting a while for a table. Therefore I'd recommend a reservation. Overall good service, very tasty food and excellent value for money!

The tagliolini al scoglio was equally impressive, featuring fresh seafood that was cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the tiramisu was a heavenly experience—literally melting in my mouth with each bite. What truly made the evening special was the attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful experience. I can't recommend this place enough!

I was on my own on a Sat night in Sept. Right from the start, the server/hostess greeted me in Italian at first, but switched to very well spoken English when she realized I spoke English. She asked me to wait a moment while she checked for a table. The manager/chef appeared next and greeted me warmly as well. He asked the hostess to seat me in a spot that was perfect for me. It was along the back wall, so I had a great view of the entire seating area outdoors, and have never wanted to be in the middle of the action. I like seeing things from a big picture view. I didn't feel secluded at all either. There were tables on either side of me and in front of a pathway ahead of me. I like sitting with my back against the wall and not have tables behind me. The server was attentive and came over right away. I ordered a glass of house white, and it was very tasty. I asked him what the chef would recommend for me to eat, and he said the Tagliolini Allo Scoglio. It wasn't the most expensive item either. I trusted the chef and went ahead with that order. OMG, it is by far the best tasting red sauce I have ever had. It wasn't too tangy or acidic, it wasn't creamy as I have a lactose intolerance, but it was definitely made with very fresh tomatoes, perhaps homegrown in their garden? And simply simmered and reduced and spices added. This pasta is akin to linguine or spaghetti, and comes with seafood, which I love. There was squid, clams, mussels, scallops I believe, geoduck sliced thinly, crab and possibly something else. I didn't really ask as I love seafood and pasta and trusted the chef and it was cooked perfectly al dente and so delicious! Great food, great service as everyone helped out, from different servers to the manager and food runners. They worked well as a team and as a client, I felt very well taken care of. It was great value as well. My total bill was 20 euros, for the delicious seafood pasta and the glass of white wine. Wow! I stuck around a little longer and as the customers finished dining, with only a few tables left, the staff worked really hard earlier when it was busy, but now they were still working hard to clean and clear the tables, but they were laughing and you can see the commarderi in this team. I come from a hospitality industry in my past life, and I know how important this well-oiled team, working the way they did and still enjoying each others company can make or break a restaurant or any business. You are only as successful as your staff are happy working for you and this starts from the top down. I witnessed the manager getting right in there, helping to take orders if need be, delivering food, greeting and thanking patrons when they left, and most importantly, he got his hands in when it was time to clean. That makes the employees feel it's a 'we' mentality. It was good to see this and evidenced by the happy patrons and they were bumping with non-stop turnover of tables from the time they opened, 7:30pm until they closed when no more customers were coming in, roughly 10:30-11pm, but they still had customers to serve until almost midnight. Needless to say I was very impressed by the delicious food, the value, and of course, the staff including the manager/chef, yes, he was wearing 2 hats that night. 5+ stars...

Siamo tornati in questo ristorante pizzeria dopo un anno perché c'eravamo trovati bene ma stavolta l' esperienza è stata abbastanza triste. A parte la zuppa di cozze molto buona e le verdure in pastella che ha preso mio marito molto buone anche quelle poi ho ordinato un entrecote al gorgonzola che era dura come una scarpa vecchia, nervosa al punto da non riuscire a deglutirla tanto è che ho dovuto sputare i boli di cibo nel piatto per non rischiare di rimanere soffocata. Per fortuna poi il cameriere che c' ha servito me l ha tolta dal conto e ho apprezzato l'onestà e la correttezza . Ma la cosa peggiore non è stata tanto il cibo quanto l' ansia di vedere quei tre poveri camerieri correre trafelati da una parte all'altra per non fare aspettare troppo i clienti, soprattutto Alessandro a cui ho chiesto appositamente il nome per ringraziarlo pubblicamente. Invito il proprietario ad assumere altro personale prima di tutto per velocizzare il servizio e in secondo luogo perché sinceramente non devo sentirmi a disagio e pormi scrupoli se devo fermare un cameriere perché vedo che non ce la fa più,ma esco per rilassarmi sotto tutti gli aspetti. Grazie. RISPOSTA AL PROPRIETARIO : innanzitutto sfido chiunque a leggere tutte le mie recensioni dei vari posti nel mondo dove sono stata e di contare le recensioni NEGATIVE praticamente pari a zero,piuttosto sto zitta, ma c'è un limite a tutto quindi mi faccia il PIACERE, È INUTILE CHE DICA DELLE GROSSE FESSERIE PER NASCONDERSI LA FACCIA E FACCIA FINTA DI CONSCERMI PER FAR CREDERE A CHI LEGGE QUELLO CHE VUOLE LEI PERCHÉ L'ALTRA VOLTA NON MI SONO AFFATTO LAMENTATA E NON FREQUENTO, PER FORTUNA A QUESTO PUNTO, IL SUO LOCALE ABITUALMENTE.ma QUESTA VOLTA è stata una serata talmente deludente e stressante oltre che ansiogena CHE NON POSSO STARE IN SILENZIO E DOPO LA SUA RISPOSTA MALEDUCATA ANCORA MENO.
