Buyers Beware!. I would like to share my unpleasant past purchase experience with this Zero customer service retail store. I purchased a pair of PT01/PT Torino trousers an Italian brand from Vela Shop and realised on the sales invoice - Country of origin was Bangladesh! All the PT01/PT Torino trousers I got were Made in Romania! I checked the physical trousers I received, there was no manufacturing Country label at all. I tried to contact Vela Shop via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and store Email for clarification! But Guess what! Vela Shop customer service did not even bother to reply me. Such terrible customer service from a retail store that appears to be rather "established". See if they will bother to respond to...

Terrible shop, ordered Uggs and never got them, said they shipped it but Fedex said they didn’t, waited until i had to travel and bought from another store, wasted time and still waiting for my refund, when contacted them by whatsap nobody replied!!! Worst customer...
