Short summary: amazing place, buy your tickets in advance, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK! Safety warning as well!
This place is amazing but it has its downfalls as well. Our family of 6, 4 adults, 2 kids went here and figured we would grab some food once we arrived. We didnt buy tickets in advance so we paid €165 for all of us. We then went to get food to see that it was basically highway robbery. €12.50 for burger, fries and drink. All in all we threw down another €75 for food.(and not joking, it has to be the worst food ive had in italy bar none) Then we went to get a chair and sunshade. Well thats another €12.50.... if you get the trend youll notice how much they charge for items which most places include in the entry price.
With that being said thats why i gave it 4 stars, but i didnt go for food or drinks, i went so my kids would have a good day in the water. Which they got so worn out they instantly went to bed when we got home. They had a blast!
safety warning we ran into a problem by accident in the main pool area with the waves. My daughter and i were on the slide with the buckets when the waves started. My daughter went down first and i made sure she cleared before i went, but thats when the worst thing happened. She surfaced just when a wave hit her and she took in water. I jumped down the slide to get her and she was flailing with wave after wave hiting her into the corner with the slide exit. Luckily i got to her in time and got her to take air. She got sick of course but soon recovered. So please!!! If you have littles, make sure you watch out for the waves in corners. Also, shes 5 and yes she had arm floaties on! Shes been a water baby since 1 so she knows what to do. Its just one of those things that luckily didnt go wrong. I dont think the staff even noticed btw. When the waves come extra staff does come to make sure people are ok.
In the end, we had a blast we had fun! We will go back just more prepared. Also save your tickets as youll get €10 off the next time you come. Make sure if you go on a birthday you say it before buying tickets because...
Read moreInformation not available in official sources: This aquapark suits families with children cca 3-14y. The tickets options are full (€22) or reduced (€18) i.e. over 140cm or under 140cm. I was afraid my 125cm high kid would not be allowed to ride all the slides, but that was not the case, all kids can ride anything.
If you come in the morning around 10am you can park your car in the free parking area (100 places?) right in front of the aquapark, after it fills up there is another parking lot right next to it, 10x larger - paid.
The prices of food inside the park are okay, just like in restaurants in the town of Caorle (or cheaper).
There are large 4-5m wide fixed sunshades/umbrellas further away from the pools on the grass area, so it is not needed to buy extra sunbeds with umbrellas (+ €8) if you are not keen on being right next...
Read moreWe went 1 week ago on August with three children. My children give 5 stars for the slides and the wobbly jumping water cushion, which is fantastic. We paid 75 Euros to get us all in. Deck chairs will cost you an additional 9 euros. Also the food prices are quite high. Check out my photographs of the menu. The queues were not very long due to the fact that the weather wasn't particularly good. I didn't like the facilities. The lawn was dirty and next to a huge wall (from the Luna park next door). The ice cream price was reasonable. The cheapest 1 euro and the most expensive 2.50. All in all the kids were happy but I won't be going again as it is far too expensive for what they offer. The site is quite small and the wave machine was on only 3 times in the 6 hours we spent there accompanied by...
