We had an awesome day here! The rides are varied from kiddy ones to top tier adrenaline pumping ones and everything in between. We came right at opening time and there was already a large crowd of people there, so plan accordingly!
The wait times for the popular rides weren't that bad, the longest one for us was Katun, where we waited for about 40 minutes, but that was to sit in the first row (different queues). You can also opt for a FlashPass where you can get to the ride a lot quicker!
The adrenaline rides are superb, specially Katun, iSpeed and the Oil Towers (2 of them, one shoots you up at high speed and the other slowly raises you and then drops you like a rock), the other non-extreme rides are awesome too, we especially liked Reset (you're transported into a post apocalypse New York City where you have to laser your way through the infections with a laser gun) and Gold Digger (like a small roller coaster, but so fun!).
The food was good, and honestly not that pricey (we got a menu for 12€ each and that's a main dish, side dish and a drink). The toilets are clean and nice and there's enough of them spread around the park so that you'll never have to wait in line, unless it's a really busy day.
You should also have a change of clothes with you because even in the non water park parts of the park there are water rides that will get you completely wet! Ah yes there's also a water part of the park (ticket sold separately!), but we didn't opt for that ticket, but it looked really fun with a lot of slides!
Ah the most important thing is that you can have a backpack with you, and you can leave the backpack at most big rides (once you get on the ride) and it will be there when you get back.
Super fun, we made about 30k steps in one day, got a nice healthy dose of adrenaline so I wholeheartedly recommend a visit if you're in the neighbourhood (and even if...
Read moreVisited the park 2 days ago with my family. It is a nice park with very good coasters, even the wet ones. But unfortunally I lost my camera in the iSpeed, it slipped out of my trouserpocket. I know, it shouldn't be in there. We went immediately to the client service desk and made a declaration. They said the staff will look for it the morning after while they take their daily tour and if they find it the client service desk will contact us. A few ours later we went again for a ride in the iSpeed and all 4 of the family saw the camera lying on the roof of the departure hall, right above the start lane of the ride. So we went back to the client service desk and told the very exact location of the camera. Because of security reasons they could not check it right away (understandable) but they would do it the morning after and contact us. The day after I called the park at 10:30 because it opens at 10. The client service desk said they will contact me in case the camera was found. A few hours later the same story. So we decided to go to the park again to check it ourself. The camera was gone! So again to the client service desk and their the said they did not find anything in the our declaration about the location of the camera. So the comment of the roof location was not added. Unbelievable. We stayed until closing time because the staff was going to search the camera when the ride was closed but already after 10 min we got the expected news: nothing found. We are Belgian tourists and stayed at San Marino. All our vacation pictures were on that camera. We are very disappointed about this. We spotted and communicated the exact location of it and the day after it was gone. We seriously have doubts about this! Very very sad. Mirabilandia? Never...
Read moreA typical flat rate rip off. If you are not ready to spend at least EUR 39 (better 79) per person(!) and day(!) extra on top of whatever ticket you got don't bother coming.
The queues are endless and unbearable without a flash pass (39+ /person/day).
Don't buy 2nd day or Park + Beach Combo, no time or energy or motivation left to come on required consecutive(!) 2nd day - another rip off.
IF you decide to pay full price PLUS 39+/day/person for flash pass, you can jump the queues and enjoy some good rides - IF they are open.
Pick up of Flash Pass ONLY at entrance, don't let their untrained and ridiculous unhelpful staff that barely speaks 3 English words send you around the park. There's some kind of "special office" at the entrance with a big old lady that hands them out even if you prepaid all online.
Prepare to wait a long time for that old lady, very impolite, no English, no f given.
In general a lot of staff also in some snack places couldn't be bothered to work at all.
Pretty insane to see all these 7 EUR/hour students gossip and let customers (of ca 100 EUR/person) wait for 20 minutes before they sell you some bottled water. Or some ice cream at 7EUR30.
This is not just italian chill style as elsewhere, it's no F given, and not a SINGLE adult supervisor in sight - just kids "running the show".
IF you buy the tickets, and the flash passes and bring enough food/water there are some fun rides to do - but expect...
