Mirabeach — Attraction in Ravenna

It's literally 5 minutes from our house and we can get there avoiding crazy summer beach traffic, so we pay every year for the season tickets. My daughter loves meeting her friends there and, as I said, it's convenient for us. BUT, it's not cheap, and it's not as relaxing an experience as it could be. The lifeguards are insanely officious - I'm not talking about rational safety inductions, I'm talking about things like: in order for you to stand in 3cm of water to watch your child going down a slide you must have a cord tying your sunglasses behind your head; in order for your small child to go in the wave pool you must remove their quality controlled patented and recommended by all swimming bodies armbands in order for them to wear a life jacket which is actually not made for swimming but for wearing on a boat in case you fall in the water; in order for your older kids (but under 12) to enter the pool area you must accompany them but even if you are not going to actually go in the water you may not wear a t-shirt or shorts or a sarong or towel or whatever; no-one can sit on the side of the pool... The list is endless and it all gets a bit tiresome. Then there's the ridiculous opening hours: mid June til end of August, 11am til 6 or 7pm. Not May til September early morning til late evening like any other outdoor pool or waterpark I've been to. Then there's the fact that many of the cafés/kiosks are always/often closed, and don't have a very wide selection. And if you bring your own picnic, make sure it's in a soft-sided cold bag because if it's hard-sided they won't let you bring it in... Queues to do the slides are long, for the most popular ones it's like 60-90 minutes for a 20 second ride. Then, my two biggest complaints: 1) there's not NEARLY enough shade: the umbrellas are too small and let too much sun through (with the exception of the 'new' area); and in the entrance queue, walking around the park (which is large), in pool areas and floating down the river there is literally no shade at all (and of course, no t-shirts, no sun hats, nothing, just sun cream). Which, considering the park opens only in the hottest hours of the hottest days of the year, is a bit of a problem to say the least; and, 2) smoking. People smoking all around you. It's a place for families and kids, it should be no-smoking (with maybe some specially designated smoking area). So, in conclusion, if it's convenient for you to go for some reason it's great to cool off in the (always pretty cold) water, the wave pool is fun, slides in the kids area are fun for children and their friends, umbrellas and sunbeds are included in the ticket (although you have to arrive early to get one) and there's lots to do. There's just SO much room for...

28 luglio 2024 RECENSIONE PER LA CLASSE DIRIGENZIALE

A malincuore, mi vedo costretta, da abbonata romagnola, a dare solo 1 STELLA, in quanto, negli ultimi tempi, sembra, che i dirigenti o chi, comunque, si occupa di promuovere questo parco acquatico, se ne freghi altamente di portare turisti nella nostra Romagna.

Oggi è stata l'apoteosi delle lamentele sentite, da parte di visitatori giornalieri, che, ovviamente, pagando profumatamente questa giornata al parco, tra ingresso per 4/5 persone, più pranzo, più bevute e merende varie, riescono ad entrare al parco alle 11.45 trovando ombrelloni e sdraio già esauriti ... tra questi c'era una ragazza incinta ed una coppia con una bimba disabile, i quali rivolgendosi alla sicurezza, questi, oltre dispiacersi per le mancanze, ha detto loro, che sdraio ed ombrelloni sono ad esaurimento senza esserci alcuna area specifica dove questi siano riservati a determinate situazioni specifiche. Eventualmente, con un ulteriore pagamento, si può usufruire di gazebo o ville, con prezzi variabili a seconda della giornata ... eh, grazie al c...o!!!

Al ché, io mi chiedo ... ma anziché scontentare famiglie, che hanno fatto km e km per raggiungerci e portare il loro denaro per far girare l'economia nella nostra Romagna, con tutte le aree verdi inutilizzate, che ci sono, e ce ne sono diverse all'interno del parco, perché evitate di investire in altri ombrelloni, come già sono presenti nel prato vicino al Cayo Chico, anche se qui ce ne starebbero ancora parecchi, ed altre sdraio?

E poi, vuoi sorvolare sul "CARNAIO", che si presenta ALL'APERTURA??? Una mandria inferocita, che travolge, senza esagerare, qualsiasi cosa, che abbia davanti a sé! Passeggini, bambini ... frega niente a nessuno! Pur di entrare per primi, correndo a più non posso, appunto per riuscire ad accaparrarsi un ombrellone e sdraio, volerebbero!!! Ed i due addetti alla sicurezza, che, appena aprono il catenaccio del cancello verde, si posizionano sotto al loro gazebo, senza neppure controllare zaini o frigo, e fanno tranquillamente i fatti loro, lasciando i clienti a spintoni e rimproveri a vicenda!!! Qualcosina, andrebbe studiato anche per ovviare a spiacevoli e surreali situazioni, che si vengono a creare in quel frangente. PROVATE A MESCOLARVI TRA DI NOI in anonimato; mettetevi dall'altra parte della barricata, in modo da poter vivere, in prima persona, l'esperienza, che chiunque varchi quel cancello, prova e poi traetene le conclusioni. Ma più volte, nell'arco dei due mesi, poco più, di apertura.

Poi chiedo ... perché aprire il parco alle 11.00, quando ci raccomandano di stare all'ombra (se hai la fortuna di trovarla) nelle ore più calde della giornata? Ed inoltre, entrando a quell'ora, che senso ha proporre il menù colazione? 🤔 Quella, la facciamo al Mc'donalds fuori dal parco, in attesa, che si apra il cancello del parcheggio, se non addirittura a casa oppure in albergo, per chi ha acquistato il pacchetto vacanza.🤷‍♀️ Dato, che la fila esterna, inizia a formarsi dalle 10.00 in poi, mettere qualche vela, per riparare un pò dal sole, no?

E di TUTTI i DIVIETI POSSIBILI ed IMMAGINABILI, che ci sono NELLE PISCINE? Nuotare no, tuffarsi no, far giocare i bimbi con giochini portati da casa no, gli occhiali no, a meno, che siano provvisti di cordino attorno al collo, il cellulare no, quindi è un continuo fischiare da parte dei bagnini, per far rispettare queste regole. Ho capito, che anni fa, un bimbo perse la vita, ma così è snervante per chi decide di passare qualche ora di spensieratezza.

Purtroppo, sia negli spogliatoi, che uscendo, ho sentito diverse PERSONE DIRE, che non torneranno più, per la BRUTTA ESPERIENZA FATTA oggi. 😪

MEDITATE GENTE, che vi occupate di far star bene, coloro, grazie ai quali, a fine mese, avete uno stipendio!!! PRENDETE PROVVEDIMENTI SERI ED EFFICACI, onde evitare, che queste famiglie, per gli anni prossimi, decidano di cambiare meta scegliendo altri parchi acquatici molto più efficienti, sia al nord, che al centro e, state certi, che ce ne sono diversi, provati personalmente, gli...

The worst aquapark I have been visiting ever... the price for the quality is one zero to much.... the facts now: The water very cold even in the baby pool with rides for small children.. The slides all over from all sides water makes it impossible to go the steps up cause he couldn't see anything. 4 year old child was afraid of the giant shower.. In the 10 cm deep pool you are not allowed to play with a ball !! Really ? What an "professor" came up with such an idiotic rule... The changing rooms are closed so everybody after entering are changing clothes in the toilet... congratulations to the management for lack of brain. 95% of the employees don't speak any other language than Italian, even when 50% of visitor are not Italian. The are trying but... an example : you say "no cold water please" you get.. 2 bottle of water.. reminds me at the comedy "italian men go to malta". The waiting time for every ride is 30 minutes at least... 50% of the rides are closed. Almost forgot the parking of mira beach is very hidden if you make the mistake visiting the drive as much as you can left otherwise you will have a long walk from mirabilandia...

Very disappointed hoped to have a nice day for the youngest which don't like the...
